Hey Bro, you have to move slower when you have family. But you CAN fail. You can fail over and over and over. I promise. You are in charge of your destiny. Your family didn't take it away. You're a king, and you can take back your kingdom. Go for it. Just do it more carefully, with less leverage/overhead. Little by little when the kids are in bed. YOu can do it boss. I promise.
some of us grow up helping our family from 16 xD. Also, when he says "FAIL", he doesn't mean gamble all you money. It means go all in and if it doesn't work out, ATTACK the next thing. Don't sit back and watch the time fly by.
@@hjardine24 what I mean by you can’t afford to fail when you have a family is not to say don’t try anything new once you have dependents. I just mean it’s much more difficult with dependents. If you have a wife and kids depending on you to survive, you can’t afford to fail as much. Depends on your situation. But what I mean is, the time to really go after your dreams is before you have a family. When you could move back in with your parents or family if you fail. Most will fail several times. But it’s all part of living a successful life. I live with regret because I didn’t go for my dreams when I was 18-25 because I was too busy partying and having fun. I married at 25 and then tried. I had to make decisions for my family that kept me from achieving my dreams. I tried at 27 and it was too late because I had dependents . Go all in while you’re young!!! Not to mention, if you’re successful, you’ll have much more choices in possible women to settle down with.

I’ll take some time off and work on refining my skills before starting my journey towards getting another degree. I’m nervous as hell and i felt so dumb while quitting but I think this is the right time for me to do it because i’m only 23. I was to try and give life my best shot and not just “settle”.

Thanks your last line is giving me a boost to execute whatever am thinking. I am going through the same phase and dude you are so me! About to quit job to prepare for masters and am also 23. Beautiful video Henbu, I subbed to your channel during Covid, I am thrilled that you are reinventing yourself. Keep it going my friend. This year I made a decision to slowly transition my career from working in a bank to a scriptwriter/director in Bollywood. Your video motivated me to keep going because I am 31 and feel so old already.
I might be tripping. But i think i saw your channel like years and years ago on amino youtubers, and we talked for a bit and shared our project ideas together as creators. It was way back when you had like less than 20k subs, i think, and you where still trying to figure what you wanted to do. And then i suddenly got this video on my feed for the past couple of days, and the link matched up. If im not tripping, im so happy you kept pushing and are making beautiful things. You don’t need me to tell you that you found yourself. But im glad you did. Thank you for sharing your art with the world.
This video has been so impactful for me. I really feel like all of the dopamine spikes have been draining all of my motivation to do anything towards my long term goals. You’ve said everything I needed to hear. Thank you very much
He talking to the choir with this one. Brother man was preaching cause that is how I feel truthfully sometimes. Man, thanks Henbu for another good video. Felt like you were talking to me one on one with this one.
Man… that was the most motivational and real video ive seen in a long time. I am struggeling alot with building my own video company. This really helps to put things right and also get inspired.
Finally somebody that gets it. Thank you for providing actual insight that points to the root of the problem concerning the lack of motivation. Time to take back control and create some discipline guys. Everyone can do it if I can do it, then you can do it. The most important thing is to JUST START MAN. ONE DAMN STEP AT A TIME.
Wow. Thank you Henbu! I have been in a creative slump for some time now and that slump turned into nothing but procrastination due to all of the distractions. Thank you for adjusting my perspective. This definitely woke me up to being more intentional with my time! You rock man.
I think this will be an important video for your path forward as well as all of us who are blessed to watch it. You're all in and I can't wait to see where you go next!
Today, late in the evening while walking on the terrace, I told god the things that I want to achieve in my life. Funny enough, I laid down the exact path that I'd be following to achieve that. The only thing I asked from him was a confirmation, a sign, that if I put my 100%, I'll achieve it all. While I specifically asked for a particular thing as a sign, I also said that I'd take anything which would resonate with me as a sign. And maybe, at 2 am, coming accross this video is the sign I needed. Thanks!
Found this at 23:53 as i cant fall asleep due to the fact that i just got my chance to achieve one of my dreams and i know i want to take it but still not sure if im enough if i can do it and this just poped up. Universe is giving me signs and im not gonna ignore them. Thanks man

Thank you so much man, you just got me hyped up to go all in. I found that my purpose is to help others and make the world a better place, imma have to grind to get there. God bless you man
i just wanna say that i consume many videos even though knowing that i would spike my dopamine levels by gaining some sort of motivation but watching this one didnt motivate me it just told me to be grateful for what you have and you are capable of doing or achieving your goals .... i will try my best to learn to love the process of work and not craving for the final result like i love doing exercise in the gym and i love the process of exercising so i really get result but there are many other people who wants physique like david laid but they dont enjoy the process of exercising and eventually would blame there genetics to not be strong enough to get that physique .............. and for studying i will try my best to love to learn the process of studying .................my goal is to be a software engineer and a youtube content creator
Alot of this is simple basic life advice, I do think creatives tend to crush / burn themselves out so its great to hear and see this way of thinking around creating. I think something you could have added about overstimulation, is that we live in a world where you either consume or create. I think it ties back into how everything is designed to steal out time, mental energy, and focus. You either use your energy consuming content, or you use it to create. Obviously a balance is possible but I think even most creatives consume more then they create... idk.
It’s hard to believe but watching this video gives the same dopamine. it’s just a ray of hope for change for our brain as it knows that I fu£ed up enough let’s just hope I’ll change by watching this video and fantasise about the future for avoiding extra regret for the things I’m constantly doing.

Well, this was really what I needed in this moment in my life. I’m currently working on making new music, starting a social media marketing business, and navigating the ups and downs of my early to mid 20’s. It’s a lot. I’m scared. Addicted to pron, weed, and have very little self confidence even tho everyone around me says they think I’m killing it! Yooooo the “thinking like an athlete” is so true. I thought i was the only one, wow. I like basketball but i love Kobe, LBJ, MJ, KD mindsets on how they approach the game and i use that to do my art or anything in life. Not just basketball athletes but any athlete that’s serious about the grind.
Excellent job Henbu, I do have all tech, somewhat skills and time to start and still struggling with all this overthinking and perfectionism, I know all the theory and still working on STARTING NOW point. But I feel its close to unblock. One of the best video I have seen lately. Thank you
Thank you for this video, in my case I am afraid to succeed, I know it's crazy, but I believe the recipe is the same. I need to prepare myself and my mind to understand that everything will be ok if I succeed
17 and about to graduate and it’s really hitting now, I wasted so much time knowing I was but took a blind side to it thinking that I can just start when it’s time. It’s always time though, majority are just wasting it like I was.
I love these videos and puts a lot into perspective, but the most common thing ive seen is what about those who want to go pro in esports? Its always video games are distractions, video games are time wasters, they are bad for you. What about the few who want to go all in into that aspect, it feels demoralizing sometimes when you watch these and they always put that down, its a great video and im sure many can relate, but thats one thing that always gets me personally, is the put down of video games. I wanna go pro so it it bad to put in so much time into it? answer is no because everyone has their own goals and for those who feel the same just keep the grind going. Love the video, its absolutely great and the effort put into this was absurd, amazing job man.
Im going all in on this channel, i dont care anymore, ive been strong af before and know i can be again so im starting a lifting channel, road to 315 bench starts today!
i will mention you in a speech in a few years with a decently large audience for being an inspirational tipping point Thanks man I pray you live long enough to reach that day, and the craziest part is that i think this is the first video of you I've seen
Hey, I just found out about this video, I think it has resonated with me, thanks. A little backstory: I was frustrated that I'm not having enough time and focus to hustle on my grind, but one after one connected lessons coming in my way, and i hope this video would be the last. I was writing things that i wouldn't give up for when i'm trying to achieve my dreams, that is which people who beat me will be willing to give up for. And i'm working on those list 1 by 1, i'll be making progress. I hope this will be the end for that repeatable sequence of, maybe not today, or i still have many time so why bother now. God only knows when i'll die. So i'll be putting my all into this 1 Life that i have.
I'm in my 20s and in 2022 I have already begun having regrets for not doing so many things in my late teens. The fear of regret now far outweighs the fear of failing. Realising this was the massive boost of self assurance I needed. Thank you for this video.
Thank you for the fuel. There is all kinds of footage in my mind from the moments in my last year's experience when I want to film but I didn't because I thought I didn't have the best idea. This is so refreshing for some reason.
Thank you! Most valuable advice for me in this video was to enjoy the process rather than thinking about the result! 🙏 I think tou have a great point there! If someone enjoys the process of making it it will show on the result. 👌 Also - thank you for the reminder about the fact that there are people going through a living hell on earth and that no matter what we’re lucky. 🙏✨

I want to be professional basketball player in future, I want to work hard and play, have fun, but I can't because of something I don't have much control. This is an injury but I almost healed it by myself. Then I had doctor help and everything went in trash. It was worse than ever before. Now I just feel broken and like useless. I can't work as hard as I want to and don't know what to do, but... I won't give up... Never. I will heal it and be the best version of myself. My dream is to become NBA player. Remember... Never give up

Before this year I was only 80 - 90% in but now I am 100% in, big things happening this year. A quote I heard recently that I found interesting is, "today you are the youngest you will be for the rest of your life."
"Putting things off is the biggest waste of life: it snatches away each day as it comes, and denies us the present by promising the future. I wanna go all in so bad. I'm in the second year of my game programming degree and I've realised I actually really don't want to do programming for the rest of my life. I'm a creator and my biggest passion has always been creating stories and emotional reactions in people through my art. I want to go all in on learning animation and doing twitch and youtube, and actually what I am passionate about. But I spend 8 hours a day at uni and come back home tired and brain dead, especially since programming isn't exactly a relaxing thing, and I have no energy left to work on my passions. I try to still work on it every day, even if it's only for an hour, but I just wish I could be less tired so that I could work on my passions more... I know I need to start acting on my dreams because else I'm going to graduate and end up doing programming as a day job and it will be the same cycle all over again, I'm doing 9-5 at uni and I'll be doing 9-5 at my job. I hope that these small steps I'm taking will have grown into something bigger so that I can actually support myself while doing my passions once I graduate, so that I can go full time on working on my passions. If anyone is going through the same thing as me and have some advice to give, feel free to comment your experiences :)
Programming is for slaves, i left it too, studying in 3rd computer engineering but focusing on my goals not job, completely changed my career in photography
Great video. It is completely natural to be afraid to take a risk. What you should be more afraid of is never taking that risk. Taking a risk could also lead to the biggest success in your life. But if you never take it then you will never know. That could lead to regret and thinking later about what might have been. Only YOU know what you are truly capable of even when others don't believe in you. I am all in.
glad and appreciate that @henbu you back on sharing content and gems. this video really reshape the way how i as creator behave and my perspective in today rapidly changing world
I once stacked footage for about a year; had trimmed it all down and saved it up on a few different devices. This was genuinely good footage of life abroad in the early 2010s; it wasnt stock footage or shots of me around my house. One evening i plugged in all my electronics to an outlet in a rural village and went to a market. Well some crazy dry lightning struck the home as i was driving back to my place. I could see the bolt land on the rooftop and knew that years worth of footage was done for. Hey I was just enjoying being young and the universe came through with a big f you.
I went into this video like ugh...another one... but wow I loved it. Maybe you're right, I've been thinking about it for years. It won't go away but I'm not sure what's stopping me.

I’m nervous as hell and i felt so dumb while quitting but I think this is the right time for me to do it because i’m only 23. I was to try and give life my best shot and not just “settle”.
you go man. if you settled then, you would have soon realised that it wasn't what you really wanted to do. that job wouldn't leave you with complete contentment
Thanks your last line is giving me a boost to execute whatever am thinking. I am going through the same phase and dude you are so me! About to quit job to prepare for masters and am also 23. I wanna persue masters in abroad but sometimes I think what if I regret quitting rn. I forgot I dont need to settle now.
I pray your channel keeps growing. People like you reignite the flame that had been blown away. I hope more people find this channel
This really helps to put things right and also get inspired.
i just made a video myself about this same topic we need to put more pressure on ourselves to do things quicker. u got this sht bro keep working hard💯
Excellent message
as an artist that is also training for sports, I always treated the creative process the same way I treat sports. Thank you for this video
This popping up on my screen could not come at a better time! I’m going all in on Shorts this year, I needed this.
Thanks man
This is my first time seeing one of your videos and I had to stop midway to like and subscribe then continue. It’s not often thy creators are this open and honest and your advice is truly sound but extremely well delivered. Thank you for sharing.
resourcefulness and speed of action is how big dreams can become a reality!
I think we owe it to ourselves & to others to stay disciplined & intentional in our respective fields of expertise & as human beings.
The level of production and the value of this video is out of this world!
recently, i have been through a failure a lot, i was on the desperate level which im afraid to failure again, lead me hard to try again. Henbu u wake me up, thanks a lot for the speech u put into this video, u help me, and maybe a lot of people that have in condition like or worse. Thank you , ill go all in
Outstanding video man! Clearly you practice what you preach. Beautiful filmed, edited, produced - and above all, the heart that went into it. Brave, kudos, and thank you.
This is the message I need, this is the path I'm on, and I appreciate you giving us this beautiful, empowering, and humanizing message.
I'm not one to leave comments, but I need this. I need to finally complete my goals. Thank you, brother.
I love how the video emphasizes the importance of embracing failure as a stepping stone to success. 💪🎯 Taking action and prioritizing rest and recovery are key to achieving peak performance and making meaningful progress towards our goals.
This is the one time I couldn't be more grateful for the UA-cam algorithm showing me something like this.
Thanks for making this video, brother.
It’s time to change and grow until I have no idea who the person that wrote this comment was.
Thank you! 🧡
The last part about perspective really touched my heart. It's really important to practice gratitude.
The introduction of this video and how you mention every point is just great and artistic, as someone who creates videos I can tell you put a lot of time into creating this video and woow the results are worth the effort. Am liking and subscribing.
working hard in silence is tough. This video helped me push through, thank you
I love it. Even though I didn't learn anything new and didn't need any confirmation of my beliefs it's really motivating to hear it from the mouth of someone else, at worse day. I feel much better and have regained my will to do things. Thank you.
I needed this video so much because I already decided to go all in to my studies after I succeeded last week. I wish we could go through this and catch our own goals
Absolutely blown away by this, it's like a golden life guide! The impact it carries is simply mind-blowing, showcasing not just incredibly important messages but it being such a work of art, a masterpiece in its presentation. Thank you so much for your work!! :)🙏
Thank you
I'm loving the cinematography. It's not a boring video where somebody sat and talked and asked for likes and subs
Be youuu, shine uour light. You are a orginal at what you do!
Thank you for this video, in my case I am afraid to succeed, I know it's crazy, but I believe the recipe is the same. I need to prepare myself and my mind to understand that everything will be ok if I succeed
This was a blessing to watch! The work u put into this! Thank you! 🙏🏼 God Bless brother!
Amazing video! I love your perspective on things as well as your video and editing style.
Im going all in on this channel, i dont care anymore, ive been strong af before and know i can be again so im starting a lifting channel, road to 315 bench starts today!
i will mention you in a speech in a few years with a decently large audience for being an inspirational tipping point
Thanks man
I pray you live long enough to reach that day, and the craziest part is that i think this is the first video of you I've seen
Looking at one's life from the perspective of those who don't have anything is a real wake-up call!
Don't know how I ended up here, but the comments here are just as inspiring as the video itself. This is definitely the year to give it our all. 🙏
Thank you for the fuel. There is all kinds of footage in my mind from the moments in my last year's experience when I want to film but I didn't because I thought I didn't have the best idea. This is so refreshing for some reason.
Couldn't have said it better, this is so epic & relatable. High Performance Athlete. Health is Wealth. So good wow
Hey, amazing video, I just wanted to say that the visual side is so cool! The camera work, lightning every thing, it´s amazing, you can see you worked really hard on this.
I'm struggling to make a college decision due to financial constraints, I'm still debating, but thank you for your support.
Important reminder to take care of ourselves mentally and physically!
Needed to see this. Can't wait to get started on my journey.
Me and my boys just finished a really long meeting where we finalized the last couple of things before starting our new Instagram channel. This video just reminded me of the dream I'm living, being able to go all in on my vision. Mark my words, the world is gonna notice.
Wow ! Definitely the Push that i needed !
Thank You Henbu 🥂
Actually you just made me realize, since i've been walking to work a lot compared to riding car, i've been able to handle workload and stress well. My goal is to loose weight (have fatty liver) so i improved a lot compared to a month ago. Oh man I'm getting excited to months to come.
Henbu wishing you more success bro!
01:13 🎯 Embrace failure as a natural part of the learning process and use it as an opportunity to improve.
03:14 🏋♂ Think like an athlete by prioritizing rest, recovery, and overall health to sustain high performance in your endeavors.
07:49 🧠 Understand the impact of dopamine on motivation and learn to minimize overstimulation to regain focus on long-term goals.
08:32 ⏸ Consider taking a dopamine fast to abstain from stimulating activities and recalibrate your motivation towards important tasks.
10:24 🛣 Focus on enjoying the journey rather than fixating solely on the destination to sustain motivation and achieve long-term goals.
Holy shit this is a good video, keep up the great work and keep pushing brotha. You could always have more, but if you don’t take a step back and acknowledge all that you have, you may end up loosing it all. Love the message man, again, great work.
Remember... Never give up
You will overcome your injury and become a professional baseball player. I believe in you 🌸
Starting has been the best for me although I haven’t generated anything i am constantly seeing myself get better each and everyday , slow progress better than no progress
this is a very underrated youtube video. not patronising telling you what to do but instead making you think about a different approach.
I really saved this video to my playlist of ' videos to remember for lifetime ' 😊😊😊
this video has been suggested to me for a month straight. every single time i opened youtube i saw it. I am already full in. will you stop recommending me this now youtube, please 😭
This is the best motivational yt video I've ever seen, i like every thing about this video, the concept, your vision, the editing, the quality, i can tell that you're a proficient photographer and producer and thank you for you precious message , I will make sure to go all in ❤.
Thank you, really putting my life into perspective and realizing that I am so grateful and honored to life the life given to me with a tough mindset. Glory be to God.
This video is a goldmine of inspiration. The content is so captivating, definitely a must-watch for my future creations!
Awesome video and a great message! This is documentary level storytelling.
Appreciate you bro!! Can’t wait to catch up again !
Hey man would you be interested in sponsoring an up and coming content creator
This gave me a push when I needed it. Thank you Bother. Keep the beautiful content coming, and God Bless.
“Quantity leads to quality” 💎💎
this popped up at the right time thank you
Before this year I was only 80 - 90% in but now I am 100% in, big things happening this year. A quote I heard recently that I found interesting is, "today you are the youngest you will be for the rest of your life."
Unbelievableeee dude, and most unique thumbnail I’ve seen in so long. Taking a leaf out of your book ❤️
Quantity leads to Quality! Somebody had to say it out loud to me. This was mindblowing. Thank you for the amazing video.
"Putting things off is the biggest waste of life: it snatches away each day as it comes, and denies us the present by promising the future. The greatest obstacle to living is expectancy, which hangs upon tomorrow, and loses today. You are arranging what lies in Fortune's control, and abandoning what lies in yours. What are you looking at? To what goal are you straining? The whole future lies in uncertainty: live immediately." - Seneca
This video is incredible. The storytelling with the visuals is just true art.
I'm going to be a project officer of an event soon, been procrastinating it for almost everyday NOW IMMA GO ALL IN
Great video.
Hey I was just enjoying being young and the universe came through with a big f you.
fellow young creator here - just started two months ago - and just wanted to say i love the vibes of your videos so much. this was lovely.
Dude really love watched this whole video from beginning to end. Really makes me realize all the procrastination around my day to day life.
I went into this video like ugh...another one... but wow I loved it. Maybe you're right, I've been thinking about it for years. It won't go away but I'm not sure what's stopping me.
