- This goes for all iPads. If your iPad is not charging, charging intermittently, charges slowly, only charging to a certain point or has other charging issues or problems then I give you 7 possible solutions to get you back up and running. Let me know which step or combination of steps worked for you.

I ordered the yellow one thinking it was going to be a bright vibrant color. Instead I looks like more of a Gold color. I personally prefer the gold look. Definitely not disappointed but just a heads up to the ones expecting a brighter cream of yellow.

When my ipad shuts off when it has 0 battery it will charge but it turns on after like 15 to 20 minutes but on the percentage it says *NOT CHARGING* but it actually charges like i waited 5 hours it charged 38 battery idk what to do pls help but when i use adapter for Headset it works :(

the problem is the place that you put the charge and some times it's the charger to fix it put the charger in the palack the thing that you put the charger in put your phone of ipad ontop of the palack and it might work if it doesn't work buy a new charge

I have a newer iPadPro with an Apple case and it is very hard to charge. The connector seems loose and keeps falling out. Often charges only a little.

Same thing happened to my iPad a few years ago and now here I am ,same problem.
Interesting when I first power on while it’s plugged in the battery says 100%. Within a fraction of a second it jumps down to 32 or 29. I cannot get it to charge higher than 30%.
These batteries must just wear out. I use my iPad all day and I’m getting approximately three years out of them…

However, I had a great salesman who hooked me up … he said add insurance onto this iPad now. I did not have the extended iinsurance and apparently you can add it to your plan at any time… so I added the insurance.
I went home with my iPad .
Came back a week later .. I got a new iPad. However the insurance replaces the iPad but there is a “deductible” I had to pay $99.
So I’ve had this one about eight months, and so far so good … however, they are on a time clock… like I said three years if you use it daily like I do.

Floffi yea I found the fix, you have to restore the iPad because it still works it’s just a hardware problem you need iTunes on your pc in order to restore the iPad once you download iTunes you have to plug your iPad into the pc then you have to restore your ipad

I’ve done all the steps but my iPad only charges at a weird angle. It’s more than lint for me but I’ve gone to the same place to get it fixed 3 times and at this point it’s a waste of money.
Maybe it’s the charger mine was doing the same all I did was turn down the light and it worked.

I use a magnetic charger, two of those for iPad's though both of them won't charge an iPad my dad bought in like 2017-2018.

In case this helps anyone... if your iPad is down to 1%/zero and keeps showing the battery icon to Apple logo, try to get it powered off. Then it will charge past 1%. Otherwise it gets stuck trying to reboot over and over. Not a fix for everyone but hopefully will help someone.

My iPad (with original cable & brick and both of them are in perfect shape without any damage) wont charge after some random %. Some times its around 40% sometime after 87% and likewise. The same cable charges my AirPods flawlessly but iPad really struggles to get charged to 100%. iPad's port is clean (no lint or clogging) still the problem persists. What could be a possible fix?

It is safe to use canned air as long as you allow time for any moisture to evaporate. It is done on electronics routinely. Canned air is cold if freezes even) and evaporates faster than breath which is naturally humid.

Notice he uses a samsung charge on an ipad. Good thinking because the samsung charges have fast charging.
Nope...just...no. A brick capable of Fast Charging provides zero benefit to a device that does not support it. The accepted amperage is regulated by the device, not the charger. For example, an iPhone 6 accepts a maximum of 1.6A. Therefore, a 2.4A charger will not charge the phone any faster than a 2.1A charger.
