Another great move for chronic pelvic pain. This has massively reduced the tension in my left adductor and internal hip rotators, which in turn dampened the pain in my pelvic floor and groin. Superb👍
Another keeper. Can you reference where the reset the nervous system comments come from? I love the idea just would like to explain it to others. Thanks for all your great movements. On another note. Are you familiar with the 5 Tibetan Rites?
Glad it’s useful! I think this has all the answers you are looking for: www.amazon.com/Pressing-Reset-Original-Strength-Reloaded-ebook/dp/B07BH358BG/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?crid=3SVI6XUAHPN2&keywords=pressing+reset+original+strength&qid=1674177214&sprefix=pressing+reaet%2Caps%2C110&sr=8-1 And yes I am! I ran a whole series of the Rites ua-cam.com/video/ZJc9RZDjwzc/v-deo.html
THANK YOU FOR THIS! I have done these from more of a lunge position but it felt too advanced for me/ my hips. I had been wanting to find a way to do them but in a way that's more do-able. This is PERFECT!
Thank you Tim for sharing all these liberating movements! I practice happily since Caen and I hope to pass the certification in the spring! Big hugs to the whole team. Geraldine
This is such a creative move. I will definitely be experimenting with this today, looks like a great addition to my dynamic warm up. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
In one of your videos, you recommend movements through out the day.I am 64,a male.I do exercise in morning session bet 9 to 12.But I am sore in the evening hence I don't feel like Movements in evening session. What am I supposed to do - do not listen to body and exercise or take rest ?
I’m not sure you’re supposed to do anything other than what fits best for your life. If you’ve moved a great deal throughout the day and your body is tired, listen to your body and your judgment. Sounds like you’re already doing that.
Be great if u did a series for runners or did a play list. Been upping milage and had flu symptoms last few days. this seems perfect to do whilst semi house bound.
You try to move where you can without moving into pain. Then, you get to the edge of the pain-line and just hangout, try to relax and breathe. Often times the breath can help move away the barriers or at least gently nudge the line of pain to move further away.
Hi can I ask you a question?? Since after two natural child birth.. I have so much instability in my pelvic floor that my whole right leg is in pain sometimes.. I do go to chiro but please I am looking for the exercise which will rehab my muscles in my whole right side ( I am sorry if my question is too confusing) and also there is no issue with my spine and your channel is all about reset.. I just want to be normal 😔hope you will help me in this😄 Thank you in advance 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hey Ash, Your body can heal and you can be pain free. Without being able to see you and work with you, I can only guess at some starting points. BUT, these may be where you need to start: ua-cam.com/video/3fP7a14ocuA/v-deo.html, ua-cam.com/video/mxir1-jRsKo/v-deo.html - Maybe work on these for a few minutes every day or even a few times a day. I know what my hips were designed to do. :) Great video Tim, this is gold.
Thanks for the feedback, Shane! Glad it is helpful!
My hips and sacrum area are in bad shape. I think this may help. Might have to work up to it though
Just be curious and not aggressive. Move where your body will let you but don’t force anything. You’ll make some great discoveries
Thanks!
For older populations (Im 55) after a warm up?
after or before. By the way, 55 isn't old...!
Whats the solution when you have one painful side due to SI / tight hip.can you reduce the load on the hips.

It feels like I put lubricant on my hip joint~ Oh~ It moves smoothly and gently.
