    Another great move for chronic pelvic pain. This has massively reduced the tension in my left adductor and internal hip rotators, which in turn dampened the pain in my pelvic floor and groin. Superb👍

    Another keeper. Can you reference where the reset the nervous system comments come from? I love the idea just would like to explain it to others. Thanks for all your great movements. On another note. Are you familiar with the 5 Tibetan Rites?

    THANK YOU FOR THIS! I have done these from more of a lunge position but it felt too advanced for me/ my hips. I had been wanting to find a way to do them but in a way that's more do-able. This is PERFECT!

    In one of your videos,you recommend movements through out the day.I am 64,a male.I do exercise in morning session bet 9 to 12.But I am sore in the evening hence I don't feel like Movements in evening session.What am I supposed to do - do not listen to body and exercise or take rest ?

      @OriginalStrengthSystem  4 роки тому +1

      I’m not sure you’re supposed to do anything other than what fits best for your life. If you’ve moved a great deal throughout the day and your body is tired, listen to your body and your judgment. Sounds like you’re already doing that.

    Be great if u did a series for runners or did a play list. Been upping milage and had flu symptoms last few days. this seems perfect to do whilst semi house bound.

      Just be curious and not aggressive. Move where your body will let you but don’t force anything. You’ll make some great discoveries

    Whats the solution when you have one painful side due to SI / tight hip.can you reduce the load on the hips.

    • @OriginalStrengthSystem
      @OriginalStrengthSystem  2 роки тому +1

      You try to move where you can without moving into pain. Then, you get to the edge of the pain-line and just hangout, try to relax and breathe. Often times the breath can help move away the barriers or at least gently nudge the line of pain to move further away.

      Hey Ash, Your body can heal and you can be pain free. Without being able to see you and work with you, I can only guess at some starting points. BUT, these may be where you need to start: ua-cam.com/video/3fP7a14ocuA/v-deo.html, ua-cam.com/video/mxir1-jRsKo/v-deo.html - Maybe work on these for a few minutes every day or even a few times a day. Also, this may be helpful: ua-cam.com/video/v8BUXDsQvWs/v-deo.html

      There are too many ways and variables, the greatest of which may be your beliefs. Move often, move well, eat smart, believe - that's my initial thought.
