I love your videos and the countdowns! Life is so busy, it's hard to fit in a 30 min or 1hr long workout consistently. Fitting in 5-15 min workouts make consistently easy!!
I didn’t want to sound mean or critical… I think you are amazing!!! Love your stuff… I just prefer music only… if I put it on silent can’t hear cues from one exercise to next… there are very few that do such great footless workouts… truly grateful for those… you are amazing… I’ve been trying yo make it work… ❤️
