Update: Today is day 30 of the challenge I started Aug.1st /7 days a week I love that it’s only 6 min. I notice my clothes fitting better but I was waiting to see if family/friends notice without me saying anything about the 6 min challenge. They did!!! I have a ways to go but this is a good start and motivation. It works.

Bloody hell, Caroline. This workout nearly killed me, but I'm determined to persist. Three to five times a week for four to six weeks it is. It may well take me longer than six weeks, but thanks.

Caroline, I am over 55 and I find under 10min workout very suitable for my age and ability. The sweet spot for me is about 20mins. Would be nice if the duration of each move was 40sec instead of longer but I understand your videos are more for the younger age groups. Thanks anyway for this excellent video.
Caroline - Which of your ABS workout do you think is the most balanced and challenging core workout. I've been doing the "Summer Six Pack Abs" workout for years and like the length. Is there another that is a bit more challenging (but not a lot longer) that you recommend?

I am doing this exercise more than two months but I didn't see any improvement rather my belly getting bigger than before. I follow your video 100% . Don't know what to do please help me.
