Your positivity is infectious. I'm only just 23 and have been struggling with many physical health issues within the last year. I got into exercising around 3 months ago and have recently (past 2 weeks) got into a routine. I was beginning to hate ab days because of how much the exercises hurt my back but I smiled so much during and after this exercise because of your positivity and I want to thank you for that. This is the first time in my life where I didn't have to put any strain on my back and neck. The bonus too is your exercises make use of our arms and legs to stretch the core. I am doing The 75 hard challenge and I injured my shoulder and my neck and I actually popped my collarbone out but I didn’t want to quit so I’ve been having to do very select work out in order to not re-injured or hurt myself and not feel my challenge this was very helpful

First my waist is more defined, and i don't suffer from bloating anymore i feel lighter in my stomach area and most importantly I'm actually looking forward the next exercise because i don't have to worry about neck pain anymore i can fully focus on working out the abdominal muscles. Seriously one of my favourites 😍❤️

You got me with your positivity and cheerful disposition! I liked this workout but I can’t do Russian twists. I love Russian twists and they are the most effective way to get strong, ripped abs but they kill my neck. My husband is a chiropractor and he says “no way to the twists!” 😮 wish there was a way to do them that doesn’t strain my neck. No real good way to modify them. Thanks for your fun videos.

Loved this. I have bulging discs c3-c7 and the twisting is the worst movement for me though. Tough to find exercises that dont aggravate the nerve pain. Thank you so much!

Glad I finally found you or you decided to do more videos. I first found you about a year or two ago for weightless arm workouts & enjoyed it but couldn’t find additional videos. But saw you in my feed today and did the neck friendly ab workout, which is also wrist friendly workout. Having LC mEant I had to tweak my exercise to keep me active on a continuous basis. I was in a head on collision (drunk driver was doing 70mph, we were doing 25mph coming out of hairpin turn) over 20yrs ago & had a severe whiplash injury. This work out was grest & did not strain my neck at all! When i was more fit, an ab workout would not strain my neck LOL Thank God for muscle memory 😊

I have been doing 10 minutes on the stair- stepper, followed by this workout every day for several weeks. I feel my body already changing for the better!😊
