    225g All Purpose Flour
    95g Fine Sugar (OR Confectioner's Sugar)
    35g Almond Flour/Meal
    15g Cocoa Powder
    Pinch of Salt
    120g Cold Cubed Unsalted Butter
    1 Large Egg
    CARAMEL SHINY MIRROR GLAZE:
    3 Tablespoons Cold Water
    3 TEaspoons Gelatine
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    1/4 Cup Water
    1/4 Cup Condensed Milk
    115g White OR Caramel Chocolate
    1 Tablespoon Caramel
    Garnish:
    1/2 Cup Melted Chocolate
    Grated Chocolate (OR Crushed Chocolate Biscuits)
