@@canddysaunders7178 I used unsweetened Ghirardelli 100% Cocoa Dutch-Process cocoa powder, and 60% cacoa bittersweet Ghirardelli chocolate chips. It was AMAZING! Not too sweet but full-on chocolate flavor. Such a great recipe from Cupcake Savvy's Kitchen.

Olá, tudo bem? Eu fiz o pudim com a forma idêntica a que utilizou, mas entre os ingredientes eu usei o creme de leite, mas não gostei do resultado na hora de assar pois demora a ganhar consistência. Com o detalhe, eu cobri com o papel alumínio, mas acabei retirando pra assar mais depressa pois meu forno é de fogão com 6 queimadores, portanto o espaço é grande demais e acaba perdendo calor.

I’ve made some entremts in the past and always substituted agar agar 1:1 for gelatin.
I love them, should a question always remain refrigerated?

H! For the glaze part can I use heavy cream that is 25%fat instead of the double cream or thickened cream.

I have a question.. Why is gelatine sometimes dissolved in hot water and other times left to bloom for some time before using?
salookas you can buy it in powder (and dissolve it in water) like fish gelatine or you can buy it in slices and let it bloom like beef gelatine

It needs to stay cool at all times. If you can transport it on a cooler that would best.

Like Tiffany said, you would need a blast chiller...a normal freezer won't have the strength to freeze them in such a short time unfortunately.
