    Wow! This channel is amazing I've watched so many cooking channels to prepare the perfect desserts for my family on Christmas none of them really going to detail about how to make these beautiful desserts but with you even though the videos are quick I feel like I understand what is going on and all the desserts I've made so far has succeeded thank you so much for all these amazing recipes❤

      @@canddysaunders7178 I used unsweetened Ghirardelli 100% Cocoa Dutch-Process cocoa powder, and 60% cacoa bittersweet Ghirardelli chocolate chips. It was AMAZING! Not too sweet but full-on chocolate flavor. Such a great recipe from Cupcake Savvy's Kitchen.

      I’ve made some entremts in the past and always substituted agar agar 1:1 for gelatin.

    I have a question.. Why is gelatine sometimes dissolved in hot water and other times left to bloom for some time before using?

      salookas you can buy it in powder (and dissolve it in water) like fish gelatine or you can buy it in slices and let it bloom like beef gelatine

      It needs to stay cool at all times. If you can transport it on a cooler that would best.

    찬물에 젤라틴 불려서, 물,크림,설탕,코코아파우더 넣고 섞어서 중불로 2분 끓이기. 또 젤라틴넣고 1분 불에서 내려서 섞기.
    35도가 되면 붓는다.
    무스는 얼어있여야함.
    5분간 굳히기

    Olá, tudo bem? Eu fiz o pudim com a forma idêntica a que utilizou, mas entre os ingredientes eu usei o creme de leite, mas não gostei do resultado na hora de assar pois demora a ganhar consistência. Com o detalhe, eu cobri com o papel alumínio, mas acabei retirando pra assar mais depressa pois meu forno é de fogão com 6 queimadores, portanto o espaço é grande demais e acaba perdendo calor.

    What if I'm entering a 4 hour competition...what is my chance on freezing the dessert...before its glaze and ready to eat withing the four hours for the judges?..and not be to hard...

      Like Tiffany said, you would need a blast chiller...a normal freezer won't have the strength to freeze them in such a short time unfortunately.
