Welcome! Yes, you can use it in a cake but it’s best to frost the cake first, get it as smooth as you can then freeze for 30 minutes and glaze. The cake needs to be very chilled when pouring the glaze or it will slide right off! Good luck :-)

1 (0.25 oz.) envelope granulated gelatin = 1 tablespoon powdered gelatin = 3-3.5 sheets leaf gelatin 1 Tablespoon = 3 teaspoons = 0.5 fl oz = 15 ml This can change depending on the gelatin. Gelatin is graded by “bloom’, which is a measure of the stiffness and strength of the gelatin. Bronze, Silver, Gold, each one has different bloom. Note: I use Silver, this conversion works for me
