Gehu,chaval or koi bhi cooked food na le , 25 year ke uper jiska age he or dest work karta he vo log din me 2 bar food le , Lunch me fruits or salad or rat ko pakay huva bhojan le ho sake to Millet ka prayog kare gehu chaval ki jagah. Or Jo Hard work karte he wo 2 time me Lunch me fruits+cooked food, Dinner me salad +cooked food le
