*Make a thick batter using little water. Don't make watery batter
*Add more onions than tomato
*Spread 2-3 tablespoon of batter for 1 chilla & make 2 besan chilla per serving

Hello Fit Tuber. I am a regular viewer of your videos and i like them. You pay great attention on the nutritive values of ingredients that you use and this is the + point of your videos. I will be very much thankful to you, if you will kindly share a video on " How To Cook Brown Rice" from basic to end.I have tried to cook twice after soaking for 3 hours, but still the outcome was rice was very dry and somewhat half Cooked even after keeping on gas for 1/2 an hour. Where did I go wrong ? Secondly, due to medical reasons i have been advised to go on a Gluten Free diet and a Big No to Milk and Dairy Products and No Eggs. @@prabhjotsinghkainth2282 basically non stick utensils are made of teflon coat which is a type of plastic. Even the marble coated utensils are bad too. There are many studies to prove this. Iron utensils, steel utensils are good. That too iron utensils are really good.
