How to heal plantar fasciitis with PEMF- a demo and Q&A

Big thanks to Dr. Jon for not only getting me running again with my torn plantar (different from plantar fasciitis, but PEMF works for both) and for coming on to give us a demo and answer some questions. To summarize: Plantar fasciitis can be a really pesky injury and generally a combination of treatments work best. For me, PEMF combined with an anti-inflammatory and some foot strengthening has seemed to do the trick to get my torn plantar to heal and help to reduce the pain I’ve been in for the last 8 months.
