Funny that this pops up in my recommendations the day after ordering my second pair of Kinvara 13s and my first pair of Ride 15s, taking advantage of the Prime Week shopping frenzy. And it's crazy that 361 days ago they were the latest and greatest and now it's more like, "Who even wants those old things?" But I've been loving my Kinvara 13s and curious about Rides, and the smoky charcoal/red colorway for those looks killer. My guess is that they'll work as well as they ever did and it's great to know that they got the World Champion's seal of approval.
I think once the 12's are done I might try the ride. Because I like a stiffer shoe, and I prefer a higher drop but a lower drop doesn't bother me in running either.

Spot on with your point about kinvaras possibly aggravating some runners Achilles. I had that issue. The Rides were perfect for me.
Awesome!
Curious, was there a fit difference between the Ride and the Kinvara?
I had to switch back to the kinvara 12's because the 13's couldn't handle very high mileage. Got to 200 miles in them and already had to get new shoes

Bummer! But I’d definitely recommend the Rides then, they last a lot longer than the Kinvaras in my experience
Camera man is creepy and needs to be quite and let her do all the talking
