Studies have been done on taking rose hip extract for losing visceral fat. Taking only 100 mg of rose hip extract made subjects lose a lot of visceral fat compared to the control group. Nobody seems to know about this, except maybe in Europe.

Isolate especially if you're lactose intolerant. Isolate is much cleaner for your body and absorbed better than concentrate. If you wanna take it to the next level then Hydrolyzed protein which is better.
      Concentrate < Isolate < Hydrolyzed

According to health line, wikipedia, and Mayoclinic, gout is caused when the formation and excretion of uric acid crystals increase and decrease, respectively. Uric acid crystals can damage the tender nephrons of the kidney, leading to gout. So aa uricemia increases, gout prevalence increases too. But, it seems fructose raises uric acid levels more than some animal proteins. Here is what I asked Bing. Sources from Mayoclinic and the like. But I'm sure with this info in hand you can find some scholarly articles.
"Fructose is a sugar that is found in fruits, drinks, and processed foods. When the body breaks down fructose, it releases purines, which are chemical compounds that can be converted to uric acid. Fructose can generate uric acid within minutes of being consumed3 High fructose corn syrup, a concentrated form of fructose, is especially harmful for people with gout or high uric acid levels23
Animal protein is composed of amino acids, some of which contain purines. When the body digests animal protein, it also produces uric acid from the purines. However, animal protein may also increase the excretion of uric acid through the kidneys, which can lower the blood level of uric acid12 Therefore, animal protein may not have as much impact on uric acid levels as fructose."

There's people that enjoy, but I guarantee the majority of people doesn't. It only seems like it (that most people like) because of internet.
It's just like brushing your teeth, something that ideally you (we all) should be doing.
Try to do the basic. You don't have to nail 100%, be perfect. Done is better than perfect.
Just go twice a week, 30 min each day. Maybe overtime you will start to show up more often, but if that doesn't happen, you're WAY better than people that doesn't go.

I find your UA-cam channel somewhat interesting at least on the surface. I want to address a couple of things that you talked about regarding fat loss. Drinking more water turns up your metabolic furnace. Agreed. Unfortunately, drinking more water can also result in a serious mineral deficiency. Secondly, eating more fiber. Fiber, believe it or not, is basically sawdust. Eating more sawdust can easily cause unnecessary inflammation which in turn can cause more serious problems. Remember, inflammation has a direct correlation to many modern-day diseases. The reason most people eat more fiber is because they are constipated which brings me back to water intake. Drinking water is good if you replace the minerals you are peeing out every time you visit the bathroom. More water yes. More minerals in absolutely. As far as fiber goes, leave most of it on the shop room floor. If irregular simply take in more magnesium. Lots of fiber is bad, but some fiber is okay. Even in 2023 things aren't always as they seem. Do your own research. In the end, it's your life you are gambling with!

If you get hungry before sleep buy ceylon cinnamon and take 2 shakes 4 hours before sleep to keep sugar cravings in check.

Love your channel. Love your information. Dont do that again. You are forgiven if you dont do that again.

God, I wish everyone would quit switching to stevia. They all use way too much. The product ends up way too sweet, and in my case, gives me an upset stomach.

A lot of respect for Thomas but really? How do you burn stored energy without exercise. you have a certain amount of stored energy that can be measured in calories or joules. Where is it going? Are you literally turning into a human furnace and “burning” it? No. It’s not enough to just up your metabolism for all that energy. You should have to become an actual human radiator throwing off heat. Are you converting it into work? Energy can be converted to work but the equation is a function of force * distance. No exercise means no force or distance. So where is that energy going when it “melts”?

I think you should pay attention to how this video is laid out. Sounds like you may have just read the title. This is a very honest and straightforward video for people that are sedentary

    • @Jeddin
      @Jeddin Рік тому +2

@@ThomasDeLauerOfficial you know it’s more honest to tell that sedentary person unless they are handicapped, as you have said before, to just go for a 20 minute walk at the end of fast before they eat. Their glycogen stores for immediate energy will be exhausted after their fast and their body will have no choice except to burn fat to power the walk.

Like woman like me going through menopause think hormones r causing my metabolism to slow I do retain water could be lymnatic problem so depends on person. Hormones play big role.

Retaining water is not a reason not to drink water. You should lower salt and increase potassium

the reason why you find his tips not effective to get you losing weight is that the video’s title is misleading/is a clickbait. It should be “how do I increase the amount of fat burned when I’m already in a caloric deficit”

Right there with you - I changed to keto diet and I walk 17000 steps in a two hour walk plus daily waking . Get incline in for some of it . Then I added fasting look up Mindy Pellz on here her book fast like a girl . And sleep I get what I can at night which gone up only get meno insomnia when period comes . I have fasted several times and do daily intermittent . I feel huge brain shifts and have lost a few legs already but will get a decade scan and am focused on inside out repair so don’t get fixed on visuals the outside will change long term in a year expect massive changes good luck
