      @MochaZilla 10 місяців тому

      Add a quality whey protein like dr mercola organic grass fed whey and it truly will be 1000x better than halo top. My wife and i make a mixture of raw milk and cream and usuallly two whole eggs

      @MochaZilla 10 місяців тому

      Also i would add that raw unfiltered unheated honey is an amazing addition. If you are healthy, honey is not high glycemic, and when paired with fat and protein, the impact on glucose is substantially slowed down.
      Ive eaten honey alone and tested my glucose and its never gone above 120 and after 2 hrs is sub 100. So for me its completely healthy

    Thomas, because I watch your channel and believe in your content thus is primary the food I eat, also since all my life I practice sports or exercise (running 4 day a week, resistant training 3 day a week, squash, walking. Mixing 2 of them during the day), watch my sleep, meditate, really I do it all, and this the time of my life where I feel my body is not responding accordingly. I feel inflamed and a my body fat is not as low as I want it… my change, and I don’t know if this is the reason, I’m not longer in a low carb diet (good carb, but not as minimal as before). And my “sin” is that I found treats with artificial sweeteners to replace the sugary ones, and when I eat them my gut goes crazy… I really appreciate if you could give and advice 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

    I'm an expat living in Qatar. The biggest thing I miss here is asparagus lol. You can buy it from certain stores but instead of 3$ for one bunch it's closer to 20-25$ but the worse part is there seems to only be 2 options. Either a bunch has 50 asparagus chutes that are half the diameter of a pencil or 5 pieces that are bigger around than a Crayola marker. I know I know. The American using anything but the metric system lol
