If I was female then I’d bang!
Congrats Bro this is the first video ive seen from you where there is no dicking around and straight to the poinr THANK YOU MUCH LOVE
We love your work Thomas, God bless you
it's like you're creating a bridge between all diets and i love that, you make the most sense ahah 🙃💫
God bless you abundantly Thomas. Thank you so much for this video.
This is pretty much my list too and I always try to have these things for my grandkids too, setting a good example for them just like I did for my own children.
Same for my kids. Even got my older son (15) into whey protein now. Glad 🍉 made this list!
Excellent Diet TD... Thank you for your efforts
Excellent!! Thank you so
Much!!!! 🙌
Great list Thomas.
Thank you for the great video, Thomas!
Hey Thomas! Great video. This is mostly my list too, and definitely a brilliant one. Also a massive whole foods lover
So useful!
fun listicle video! more of these please!
Great list! Live it and love it!
Ground beef and eggs all day!
The 2 main ingredients I add to make burgers.❤
@@jimmckay2337same! I always put an egg in my gb to make burgers.
Fuck yeah
Miserable menu are you fucking kidding us😏
All day? You're killing your kidneys overtime
Great foods, Love each and every one of them. Keep it up Thomas thoroughly enjoy your videos.
Love your channel, great content and definitely in my top 5 👍
Still watching thanks for these😁👍👍
Good stuff man!
thanks for the information 💯
Great and concise list. Curious though, what could be subs for eggs and whey? I get headache from both of those. Thank you for doing what you do.
love how u gave brands for all of the foods.
Autumn Bates makes THE best whey protein. It's delicious and the cleanest I've ever seen. Made with monk fruit extract and there is also an unflavored version with 20 grams of protein
🤯 Darn near love this whole list !
this is the best video as always!
great video😊
Finally. Thank you!
*The variety of fat loss foods you mentioned makes healthy eating enjoyable and sustainable.*
Great choice👍👍👍
🎉 thanks for another great video 🎉
These happen to be all of my favorite foods, minus the beets. Blueberries in cottage cheese is my ice cream. Or blueberries with chia seeds, almond milk, and some peanut butter in a pudding type thing. Delicious.
Good shopping list
The recent Saladino video has got me thinking. Rather than mitigating blood sugar spikes with things like ACV and consuming protein first, what ways can you bring very high blood sugar down quickly? Exercise is obvious, including calf raises, but is there anything else?
thank you Thomas
I agree with all of them. Make your own ice cream. 1 cup organic cream 1 egg yolk, allulose Celtic sea salt vanilla to taste. Blend and freeze. Far better than halo top.
Add a quality whey protein like dr mercola organic grass fed whey and it truly will be 1000x better than halo top. My wife and i make a mixture of raw milk and cream and usuallly two whole eggs
Also i would add that raw unfiltered unheated honey is an amazing addition. If you are healthy, honey is not high glycemic, and when paired with fat and protein, the impact on glucose is substantially slowed down.
Ive eaten honey alone and tested my glucose and its never gone above 120 and after 2 hrs is sub 100. So for me its completely healthy
@@MochaZilla❤
Where do you get the honey from?
@@threeworld i have a local farmer that i get my meat and eggs from that also has hiney
If you like Halo Top, I recommend the higher protein, no or low sugar ice cream that Target makes. It's called Favorite Day. Around 280 calories per pint, like Halo Top. Their cold brew coffee flavor and the S'mores flavor are my favorites.
That stuff makes my wife and I so gassy, we had to stop eating it.
Pumkin seeds, Sunflower seeda, broccoli.
Best video you’ve ever done because you spared us all the mind numbing scientific jargon… thank you!
Awesome foods
Next up V Shred will recommend Wheatles and Oreos again. 😂
Ghirardelli Intense 86% Cacao bars are easy to find in stores and have tested relatively low in both lead and cadmium. Not cheap, but most dark chocolate isn't cheap.
Lindt dark chocolate 85, 90 for me.
Get a meat grinder and grind your own chicken bro. I use the kitchenaid attachment and grind like 10 pounds at once and freeze them in 2 pound bags.
Thank you for that information! I want to make my own dog food for my old dog and I want to add some of the bone in it! Will the KitchenAid attachment grind bones.
When I had gestational diabetes, raspberries & blackberries became a staple. They barely count at all toward a carb count. Those, with a low or no sugar Greek yogurt, were always needed to round out a meal.
Hahahahaha! Thank you Thomas for always keeping it real. I too enjoy ice cream now and again! I pretty much enjoy everything on ur list Except for macadamia nuts. But I just love Whole Foods! 💖💖💖
nice list! Im encouraged to see i've integrated many of these, where's my 8 pack though?! lol how come avocados have oxalates? I thought fruits were free of them as they're a plant defense generally, right?
I would think fruit needs defense from insects even more than vegetables.
I'm in w that cottage cheese speak. Looking forward to it in moderation. Enjoyed your video and sharing.
Haha! I think the only one my husband heard you say as I was listening to this was the ice cream! Selective hearing.
Organic asparagus at Costco, very fresh, a huge pack cost 8 bucks, last many days. Raw milk 100 grassfed cow, pasture raised sell at sprouts market at 17 dollars a gallon. You can find raw cheese at the whole foods market. I always get the raw truffle cheese with mushrooms. Delicious!!!!!!
you already did live without many of these for years and were happy to tell us to do the same
Love it
@thomas how many eggs a day do you usually eat ? With or without egg yolk ?
Try Rebel Ice Cream. It's a bit better for you than Halo Top.
Thomas, because I watch your channel and believe in your content thus is primary the food I eat, also since all my life I practice sports or exercise (running 4 day a week, resistant training 3 day a week, squash, walking. Mixing 2 of them during the day), watch my sleep, meditate, really I do it all, and this the time of my life where I feel my body is not responding accordingly. I feel inflamed and a my body fat is not as low as I want it… my change, and I don’t know if this is the reason, I’m not longer in a low carb diet (good carb, but not as minimal as before). And my “sin” is that I found treats with artificial sweeteners to replace the sugary ones, and when I eat them my gut goes crazy… I really appreciate if you could give and advice 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I resonate so much with the fact that ice cream is a food you cannot live without 😂❤
Ground beef and eggs at top if list 🥳. My favorite breakfast
Hello, i like your content. Is very usefull and have a god quality og knowllege. i wondering, if you have some reaserch about foods at they are really god for the body but for those people have IBS/ SIBO problems? Thanks
I have about 14 from your list that are somewhat staples in my diet, so I am getting there! LOL!! Thanks for sharing!
Hey Thomas ,what about brussels sprout ,at many places had information about cancerogens inside?
Wonderful
Primal kitchen ketchup is amazing 👏
I love macadamias too but ALWAYS over eat them and feel sick afterwards
I was unaware of a potential clotting issue with erythritol. So glad to know as I have a clotting factor gene and take an enteric aspirin daily. Great detail in your video, thank you!
Is the clotting factor gene called factor 5 Leiden?
Yes it is. I also have that gene and I take A med that targets that particular clotting factor. It’s expensive but my life is worth it.
It’s horrible
Investors getting rich off it
Did you guys know that one starts to reek, meaning that pungent smelling sweat, when one eats too much red meat. But you can compensate it with vegetables and fruits and overall a wellbalanced diet. So always eat healthy.
What about Rebel Ice Cream? Their coffee chip, cherry chip, and peanut butter cup are amazing!
I love halo top too!
I owe my joy and happiness and new body to you Thomas, bless your kind heart ❤keto works great in me the past two years
Dude forgot Sardines!!!
Yesssssss sardines over tuna any day. Way better and lower in mercury. Higher in healthy fats and minerals if you eat the bones.
It's because everyone could definitely live without those sick things haha jk but I eat tuna I found a great wild sourced low in mercury which is always being tested. It's absolutely delicious
Where do you buy extra lean ground beef? I only have a few grass fed extra lean ground beef options ie 96/4. I wish Trader joes would provide grass fed EL GB.
Blue Bunny recently released soft serve ice cream. Which made me think...since it doesn't have to completely freeze, couldn't they replace the regular sugar with sugar alcohol?
Didn't know ground chicken was a thing! thanks for putting me on
I have started eating at least 4 eggs a day and I feel so much better and stay full so much longer!!
GOOD VIDEO!!! 🌝⚘💥💕
Your physique looks very good and in balance in your preview image. Good job.
How are you getting raw dairy?
I agree with you except for sweet potatoes kiwi beets dark chocolate as high in oxalate
Hey Thomas, I’m with you on just about everything except the pasteurized milk products that come from cows that are not pasture raised. I will go for sheep and goat milk products especially if they’re raw.
yesss im eating a good amount of these on the daily. i love my asparagus
You should do a video on simple ground beef meals
Have you tried honey mamas chocolate? It dark chocolate sweetened with raw honey. Super yummy.
I avoid beets for the Azetidine-2-carboxylic acid (Aze).
Thanks for saving me from protein deficit. Ground beef is the way to go.
Love this video. I can easily eat a dozen eggs in a day.
…literally today. 4 eggs with breakfast, 4 with lunch, 6 for dinner. I need to renew my Costco membership.
thomas you know what i snack on. crunchy all natural peanut butter with nutritional yeast and chocolate almond milk drink yumm
My friend, did you steal my shopping list for this video??? Lol
Can u do a video on how to remove candida?
Guess I have been listening, I have been eating all but 4, because hard to find in my area. And, Ghee. Gotta get into that. Been using organic butter european style.
You should try Alec ice cream made with A2 milk, so delicious in moderation.

Steak & eggs all day everyday 😋 👌
At least we have ice cream in common😂
So is ghee better then coconut oil?
Purple sweet potatoes are great
Diestel is awesome! Our favorite deli meat
I'm an expat living in Qatar. The biggest thing I miss here is asparagus lol. You can buy it from certain stores but instead of 3$ for one bunch it's closer to 20-25$ but the worse part is there seems to only be 2 options. Either a bunch has 50 asparagus chutes that are half the diameter of a pencil or 5 pieces that are bigger around than a Crayola marker. I know I know. The American using anything but the metric system lol
I'd swap the occasional ice cream for a drop of honey now and then, but other than that this is pretty much my list too.
My treat is honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in plain greek yogurt. So delish!
do you have to be careful of mercury in Tuna? heard that somewhere
Thomas, what's the problem with ground turkey instead of ground chicken?
Every morning i make 2 eggs and mix about 10 oz of ground beef in there adding half an avocado some days. 4am workout, work at 7, shake at 10, eggs with beef at 1pm, then dinner at 5pm. My dinner basically consists of every item listed here lol.
Thomas is the protein powder from that company Grassfed grass finished? Thank you for all you do love watching you :-) your children and Wife are beautiful.
