- Ingredients:
Cupcakes:
180g Plain Flour
100g White Sugar
80g Light Brown Sugar
180g Unsalted Butter
3 Large Eggs
120g Biscoff Spread
1tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda
1tsp Vanilla Extract
160C Fan Oven or 180C Conventional Oven for 20-23mins
Buttercream:
230g Unsalted Butter
500g Icing Sugar
100g Biscoff Spread
1tsp Vanilla Extract
2tsp Milk
1tsp Boiling Water
One 8" Layer Cake:
115g Plain Flour
70g White Sugar
45g Light Brown Sugar
115g Unsalted Butter
2 Large Eggs
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2tsp Baking Powder
1/4tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda
70g Biscoff Spread

Hi Jinny - when I tried the biscoff buttercream I didn't get the sandy problem as i heated the biscoff in the microwave and added it to my buttercream at the end 😊😊 xx
