Funk coaches Angela through this amazing kettlebell HIIT workout using a single kettlebell. This is a 4 round total body workout using a one kettlebell and 4 exercises.

16 Minute Kettlebell HIIT Workout / Total Body Circuit
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds rest one after the other for 4 straight rounds
Alternating Snatch to Burpee
KB Crush Chest Press (2) to KB Pullover
KB Goblet Squat to Reverse Lunge
KB Sit UP Press

*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

Hi funk I had a workout idea I would like to share
Time Ladder Workout
45 seconds then 15 seconds
3 rounds 5 workouts
___________________
Slight crunches 40, 20
Sit-ups 45, 15
Pushups 50, 10
Plank 55, 5
Leg and arm hold 60, 0
_____________________
Repeat 3 times
45 second rest in between rounds
20 pushups between each workout

Just did this with a 16kg kettlebell, it's deceptively hard. Round one - a piece of cake, Round 2 - 3 that's when things get tough!!! Really enjoyed the workout!

Great workout, gonna definitely try it. However, I noticed that Angela grabs the kettlebell's handle in the middle instead of the corner when doing snatches. I was tought not to do that, in order to prevent wrist injuries. Still, great workout, impressive stamina and power!

I love you guys!! I always work out with you! I use 16kg KB for this workout and I'm completely dead by the end! :D after a 2-3 minutes rest, I do the 10min ripped abs workout and that just kills me :D Thank you for sharing this with us!

I did 2 rounds. First round with 52.5 lb db and 2nd round with 50 lb db. Great workout.
Great workouts Funk Roberts training your wife in showing us how it should be done. My knees are an issue found the goblet squats and reverse lunges, what other exercises to counter me not using my knees as much?
