This workout fights against the lazy fat person that I choose not to be anymore. I make it up to the half point. Then I remind myself of who I am becoming then I push myself towards the end.
I did your workout for the first time this morning. Last year, i went to the gym every day and dropped from 235 to 180. Im tall, so my goal weight is 165. I was almost there! Then, i adopted a toddler, and the gym went out the window. Yesterday, i got on the scale at 201! It feels great to start again, and I loved doing this workout with you guys. You dont prete d it isnt tough, but are encouraging and say work up to it. Also, I like that you talk about your shoulder and how it is hard for you too. It motivated me to push through. I can already tell it worked my full body, and made me remember how good it feels to work out. Thanks so much to you both!
I loved this workout because it was real, and highlights that it's okay to have difficulty, but the key is to keep going. Often when fitness instructors do videos it looks so effortless.
Powered through this one. Loved the structure but did it all in about 13mins. Think when do again will try see if can do x2 rounds of it all with a 90sec break in between, Great workouts Funk - keep them coming!!

I am 56 and have been desperately trained myself only downwards with the old Bro Splits for several years. Despite training I lost my shape and got fatter and fatter. But since I found your Metabolic Trainings during the Lockdowns here in Germany, do I really know how unfit I really was. I switched completely over to your Bodyweight and Dumbbell training. It's still very hard and I sweat always as hell but it feels absolutely good and finally I believe in success again.Thank you very much for sharing these videos. I respectfully appreciate your performance and that of your wife. You both are a dream team.

Yessssss Mr Roberts, another classic short sharp shock. 21 mins with 10kg dumbells and yes......The burpees almost got me but finished 💪

2nd time around...17'08" on a lazy sunday afternoon..struggled in the beginning...and dumbbells were 11kg
I did these with a 35 lb Kettle bell...really worked me 20 minutes
