      Wishing you a speedy recovery. I had the same surgery right shoulder 4 yrs ago. PT is key. Regained full range of motion. Strength not the same.

      Robin Labranche Thanks Robin - my grandkids think it's hilarious that I get more injuries than them. It wasn't that long ago I got a broken nose and 2 black eyes sparring in the gym! This 49 yo needs to grow up 😂

    Hi guys it’s going to be something I will be doing very soon. Lunges I cannot do due to my knees and the windsheild wiper will be hard for my hips. The other are doable and will incorporate in my workout and let you know my times 👍🏾👏🏾

    Cool workout, went light with dumb bells first time round, but still was murder. Upping the weights next week, burpees as final exercise is a killer! Thank you for sharing guys 💪🏽

      Pulled a few things off Athlean X. Funk & Angela have a stronger focus on functional strength / training that goes with my profession as a former Special Operator in the military.

    Hello funk. Thanks for the videos you and your wife are sharing. Just one question do we need to train our regular muscles after this or any other HIIT program that is over 25mins. Coz it seems to be very difficult to train after these workouts.

    Holy cow it took me 6 minutes .......................... to do the burpees at the end 😂. Do you guys workout in the GTA? I saw a GO train go by it's nice to see some Canadians gaining popularity in the fitness industry!

    First time doing this workout using 10lb db. I finished with Angela. Next time I'm going to up the dumbbells. Great workout.

    This workout fights against the lazy fat person that I choose not to be anymore. I make it up to the half point. Then I remind myself of who I am becoming then I push myself towards the end.

    Recommendation @ 5:00:
    1. 1/week for 4 weeks.
    2. Each week move quicker or increase weight if exercise is too easy.

    I did your workout for the first time this morning. Last year, i went to the gym every day and dropped from 235 to 180. Im tall, so my goal weight is 165. I was almost there! Then, i adopted a toddler, and the gym went out the window. Yesterday, i got on the scale at 201! It feels great to start again, and I loved doing this workout with you guys. You dont prete d it isnt tough, but are encouraging and say work up to it. Also, I like that you talk about your shoulder and how it is hard for you too. It motivated me to push through. I can already tell it worked my full body, and made me remember how good it feels to work out. Thanks so much to you both!

    I loved this workout because it was real, and highlights that it's okay to have difficulty, but the key is to keep going. Often when fitness instructors do videos it looks so effortless.

    Powered through this one. Loved the structure but did it all in about 13mins. Think when do again will try see if can do x2 rounds of it all with a 90sec break in between, Great workouts Funk - keep them coming!!

    I am 56 and have been desperately trained myself only downwards with the old Bro Splits for several years. Despite training I lost my shape and got fatter and fatter. But since I found your Metabolic Trainings during the Lockdowns here in Germany, do I really know how unfit I really was. I switched completely over to your Bodyweight and Dumbbell training. It's still very hard and I sweat always as hell but it feels absolutely good and finally I believe in success again.Thank you very much for sharing these videos. I respectfully appreciate your performance and that of your wife. You both are a dream team.
