      This is intense Funk! I thought the Tornado Workouts were the toughest. I love it! 'Preciate all you and your wife do man. I'm a 42yr old man trying to lose belly fat and tone up. It's working thanks to you guys!

    This has got to be one of the best workouts on UA-cam.
    It's not only super intense, but it's also not the least bit boring & repetitive. A handful of UA-cam workouts available tend to suffer from latter due to lack of variety.

    That was awesome. I love how Funk went HAM and showed the audience that even trainers max out. Angela was a straight beast and a great workout partner - when Funk ran out of juice, Angela stepped in kept the peddle on the gas.

    After all my years of training with kettlebells and scouring online material, this is still THE BEST follow along video. I’m on holiday at the moment and only have my 20kg bell with me, but this workout still provides enough material to maintain muscle mass and get the heart exploding. Thanks Funk!!! ❤

    Loving this killer kettlebell w/out! Thanks to Angela's presence, my wife does this with me too! Turns out my best ever gym buddy was here with me all the time! Who knew??, 🙂 We put UA-cam on the TV and its like having you guys here with us. Great motivators without hysterical overkill. Big up to you guys from England ✊💛

    Great great great routine, i ve started kettle bell with this one.
    I m 1m73/76 kg using a 14kg KB. Been doing this routine 3 to 4 times a week for the last 2 months and it transformed me for real. Also paying attention to my diet (been on intermitent fasting for the last 6 month)

    Revisited this one and it remains one of the toughest kettlebell routines in your arsenal. Why, very little rest, ladder and ending with burpees!

    56 yo Aikidoist here. 12 kg first two rounds. Last round declining weight down to 10 lbs. Beast is pooched! Thanks a mil!

    The first kettle bell khaos has been my favourite for a long time. I really appreciate this refresh I'm follow along format, and the advice throughout (especially on proper form to protect your back). Also thanks for being honest, so many videos online show the instructor going for five minutes like it's easy.

    Thanks Funk. Been doing your workouts for years. Though off and on, they’ve been awesome. Life expectancy extending I’d say. Have saved me money on trainers lol. They’re more than enough to fit into tight schedules. Keep doing what you’re doing. It’s appreciated!!!

    Found this workout just this morning. My son and I cranked it out. He used a 15# kb. I used a 35#kb. Great way to start the day!!!

    Thanks for what you do Funk. Me and the wife love these workouts. Being 53, injuries catch up on us. This gives me a great alternative other than the standard body building stuff. Burn more calories too. Thanks again.

    Did this yesterday evening and loved it. Worked up a serious sweat and really appreciated the last round with those compound workouts and 30 second rest. It was a great way to finish a series.

    Funk, first time watching you. Saw you name in a LeBe Stark workout. I will say Funk you are a real guy. Nothing fake about you. Great workout. Gonna try it for my next routine. It looks challenging. Been doing Kats Dojo 30 minute routine which is great. Just need a little change for a week.
