Hey Funk, what is the weight of kettle bell that you are using. How do I know the ideal weight of kettle bell. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 🙏🙏
This has got to be one of the best workouts on UA-cam. It's not only super intense, but it's also not the least bit boring & repetitive. A handful of UA-cam workouts available tend to suffer from latter due to lack of variety.
That was awesome. I love how Funk went HAM and showed the audience that even trainers max out. Angela was a straight beast and a great workout partner - when Funk ran out of juice, Angela stepped in kept the peddle on the gas.
After all my years of training with kettlebells and scouring online material, this is still THE BEST follow along video. I’m on holiday at the moment and only have my 20kg bell with me, but this workout still provides enough material to maintain muscle mass and get the heart exploding. Thanks Funk!!! ❤

Great great great routine, i ve started kettle bell with this one. I m 1m73/76 kg using a 14kg KB. Been doing this routine 3 to 4 times a week for the last 2 months and it transformed me for real. Also paying attention to my diet (been on intermitent fasting for the last 6 month) Thank you so much Funk. Love from France

Found this workout just this morning. My son and I cranked it out. He used a 15# kb. I used a 35#kb. Great way to start the day!!! Now for the coffee. Thanks Funk!!!

Did this yesterday evening and loved it. Worked up a serious sweat and really appreciated the last round with those compound workouts and 30 second rest. It was a great way to finish a series.
Awesome content! I'm no longer able to do gym workouts now that I'm a out if town truck driver so time management is key for my daily morning exercises. Love all these simple yet effective workouts. Keep them coming!!

Revisited this one and it remains one of the toughest kettlebell routines in your arsenal. Why, very little rest, ladder and ending with burpees!
