Most Swiss luxury watches were made for the American market. Originally used to protect glass and dial, hunting cases, they hampered telling of the time.
I noticed that a lot of the Patek Philippe complicated pocket watches don't usually have hunter cases. Why is that? Are there any complicated pocket watches with a hunter case?
