- The plaintiff says she began dating the defendant after he saved her from an abusive relationship, but she’s suing him today for an unpaid loan. The defendant says the plaintiff’s abusive ex came after him and crashed his car into the defendant’s vehicle. He’s countersuing his former girlfriend for the value of the damaged car.

These comments don't even make sense. why would she sue the ex in this situation? She loaned HIM the money, not the ex. He needs to sue the ex for the car damages, not her as the judge says. This isn't injustice, he decided to help which was great, but he took it further by getting involved with her knowing she had this crazy ex. She didn't force him, from the moment HE made the Decision to be with her, she was no longer responsible for what her ex did to him.
