    Hi,
For some reason, I can't get my knuckles to hit the bag through the boxing gloves, could it be that the gloves are faulty? When I try to use the knuckles the yellow color on your blue gloves hits the bag. Do you know what I mean.
    What am I doing wrong??

Bought your training plan a couple of years ago, getting back into it now. Doing the "SP1" section I managed to injure a wrist as it's all about power and I didn't bother with wraps. Now I will!
