    As a woman who spars mostly men, who are taller and stronger, I learned the value of not "losing your head". Staying composed, controlled and keep observing what they're doing and where they are, seems to also be key in my experience.

      What gym are you boxing at where not only are men sparring women, but bigger men sparring smaller women? lol sounds super sketchy

      @@bobross3880 it’s not sketchy … you realise in gyms you only spar with the people who GO TO THAT GYM?? I’m guessing there’s not many other women in her gym who spar
      There’s a girl, 15, who goes to my gym … and she spars guys all the time. no other women spar there. Obviously if it’s a smaller women you don’t throw huge bombs tho. I’m guessing that her sparring bigger guys is great experience. Nearly the people I spar with are taller guys, most are about 10 kilos heavier too … when I do spar people my own size I love it feels like a walk in the park relatively … those hard rounds against bigger ppl pay off

    3:08 Spiralling forward
    5:30 1. Slip left step - gazelle jab
    6:24 2. Right foot moves up - slip - gazelle jab
    7:55 3. Same as 1. and 2. but duck under with step instead of jabbing
    10:09 4. Step w/ left foot - shift right
    11:32 5. Right foot moves up - shift left

    I always have hard times fighting bigger and taller guys. My punches couldn't reach my target. But after watching this video, by practicing and applying these techniques, i believe i will be able to hit them on my next sparring. Thanks a lot. This will really help me.     I really like this video, I been using the 1st 2 techniques to get in , but I really appreciate all those examples of ways to fake and faint it, you just gave me something very useful to drill.     Epic video man. Had a sparring session with a guy that had me in weight, height and reach and struggled so much with knowing how to get in. Apart from tucking up and barrel forward and take any damage that came my way to have a shot or two. If I had this in my locker I would have been fine for sure! 😅 Thanks so much for the knowledge 🥊

    This is where agility ladder drills and sprints/uphill sprints come in to help with the explosion of the footwork. Thank you for the quality insight. Off to adapt it for MMA and Kickboxing.
