  • Join me today as we make a homemade All Natural Protein Shake , just Natural ingredients no protein powder included. This protein shake can be taken as a pre- workout, post workout or at any time of the day. For bodybuilders its advisable to take it right after your workout when your body still has that pump as it helps bring your body back into a positive balance necessary for muscle growth. (lean Muscle).
    for anyone else you can take it at anytime of the day as a smoothie.
    its advantages are;
    1. It helps you sleep better.
    2. Helps reduce Menstruation Cramps in ladies and women.
    3. Improved strength during workouts.
    4. Ability to Exercise longer.
    5. Improved muscle adaptation to exercise among others.
    Ingredients;
    . Liquid - 500 ml Milk.
    . Main protein - Plain yogurt.
    . Protein Booster - Ground Nuts.
    . Fruit - 2 Bananas, watermelon, slice of pineapple.
    . Avocado.
    Method;
    1. Chop the fruits into small pieces that can be blended
    2. pour the chopped fruits into the blender plus the 500 ml milk and blend first.
    3. Now add the Plain yogurt into the mixture and blend.
    4. Pour into your serving glasses and Enjoy!
