    HOW TO WARM UP AND STRETCH BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR WORKOUT.
    In todays episode i will be showing you how to warm up and stretch correctly.
    Well warming up should be done before your workout and Stretching after you have finished. Warming up before is called Dynamic stretching it involves active movements where joints and muscles go through a full range of motion. Static stretching on the other hand involves stretching a muscle to near its furthest point and then holding that position for some seconds, its done after working out.
    BENEFITS OF STRETCHING;
    1. Decreases Muscle Soreness.
    2. Helps prevent Injury
    3. Improves range of motion
    4. Increases Flexibility.
    5. Reduces muscular tension and enhances muscular relaxation.
    6. Decreases the risk of lower back pain.
