I have been doing your workouts for a few years now..I found your MY MOMENT CHALLENGE when looking at what workout I was going to doing today. I enjoy your workouts because you have so many to choose from and they are so doable for my body type (bigger butt and larger thighs). I’m 61 years old and I have excepted my body type and have learned I cannot do other workouts as good as I can yours. Also, I like that you have several time workouts to choose from that way I have No excuse not to do some type of exercise daily! Sometimes, I just do one of your stretch workouts…lol❤️🦋❤️

I am a 53 year old male and I started my weight loss journey in January and at that time I weighted 330 pounds. I started walking and cutting back on my food and my daughters told me about your videos. So my daughters and I started working out to your videos and it has been great thing in my life. I’m a 23 year old mum of 2, and new here. After my last birth it left me with PTSD and post natal depression, I gained 30lbs on top of my baby weight the past year. I found you through tiktok and have been doing your workouts for the last 2 weeks. I can already see a change on the scales and on my pictures, from 2 workouts a day. I thought that I was the only one! I’ve been doing this routine for the last week and have cried almost everyday! Rather than hating my body because of how it looks , I realize of what it’s capable of doing! I’m thankful for this channel and supportive community!

This was a great workout! My very first one in 2023, and my first in a long, long time. Back in Jan 2020, I had adopted a new lifestyle and had committed to better sleep, healthier eating and working out 4-5 a week. I had lost some weight, but most importantly, I felt great, and alive. And then, life threw a curveball at me and I fell into a depressive state. Since September of 2021, I’ve had little motivation to do anything and what I do get done is because it’s an absolute necessity- taking my kids to school, feeding my family, some house chores, work responsibilities. Everything else, including my health was a thing of the past, and I wanted no parts of it. For the past several months I wanted to get up and workout but couldn’t get myself there. I would watch UA-cam workout videos - which is how I found you ☺️- to motivate me but my eyes and fingers were the only ones getting the workout 😂 I would even get dressed in workout clothes to get in the spirit but would end up in some corner of my house angry that i let myself go, and sometimes, having my own pity party. Well, today, I chose me. I walked around in my workout clothes for an hour and tried to find anything and everything to do except workout. This video popped up and heard the Afrobeats and I was sold! (Afrobeats is one of my favs for workouts) I loved, loved the workout. It was quick and did the job. I felt the burn, but most importantly, I remembered how good it feels to workout, and I felt alive! Today is the beginning of my health lifestyle journey 2.0. Thank you, Jo, for sharing your journey and for your transparency. And thank you for that beautiful smile and energy you share with us all. 💜 I’m proud of all of you who show up for yourselves everyday, even when you don’t want to. Keep going! 💪🏾🙌🏽

About 2 or 3 weeks, I do this workout every morning as a part of my morning routine to empower myself before I start the day. When I first started learning any workout the first day, I always slow the video down super slow. But this morning, I needed to get out quite quickly, and so I decided to speed up your video to 0.25 faster and oh my God. I was sweating twice as hard, a good burn, and I felt a burn all through my legs and arms and even my core. If you've been doing this workout for a while and want to spice things up, I encourage you to speed up the video by 0.25. I sweated twice as hard in 7 minutes as I had in the original 10 minutes. So good.

So I’m at home listening to Afrobeats after cleaning it was time to workout I’ve been doing your workouts off and on for maybe a year now. I was planning on doing the “your fat won’t survive” video but letting my own music play until I seen that you have this new Afrobeats workout!!! Thanks for making another one. It was fun, quick and easy today is more of a rest day but I still wanted to get some movement in and this was just what I needed! I started a lifestyle change back in 2018 and lost 110lbs. I lost it all by doing Keto which was a quick fix but not a long term one. i had started working out to your videos back in 2021 but that was also the year i got married so i had stopped a couple months before my wedding due to i had done my wedding completey by hand so i was having a hard time trying to keep up with that and my wedding lol and after i had full intentions to start back up again. but being a mamma of 2 very energetic girls it was harder than than what it seemed. so i decided to start the new year with jumping back into it! just did a 10 minutes morning routine and i finished it to the end and im feeling pretty good. thanks jo!!!!!

I would always have trouble losing weight and especially with pcos and your workouts and eating healthy It has helped me so much I lost 10 pounds and I feel so better and I no longer have to wear lose clothes and I feel so good about myself . Not that I don't like them, but Jo's workout doesn't feel like a workout that I HAVE to complete. It feels like we are friends having a great time and working our booties off haha. I haven't been able to walk outside lately and this morning I'd woken up with pain in my shoulders from not exercising them. Plus I'm on my period right now, so even when I found this in the search results I decided to do a sitting down version. I still worked up a sweat! 😂 I'm glad I did. I feel like I helped my body feel a little better without hurting myself. In a few days I'll come back to this and do it standing up, because this feels like such a positive, feel-good workout. I went to your app and saw i couldn't afford it but i remembered you upload free content. So i thought to myself instead of laying in bed depressed when i wake up. Let me do this morning different. I have ALOT of pain.... but i pushed through it and i feel so proud of myself. Going todo this workout every morning for 30 days and see how i feel and if my back pain decreases any. This was a great workout! My very first one in 2023, and my first in a long, long time.
Back in Jan 2020, I had adopted a new lifestyle and had committed to better sleep, healthier eating and working out 4-5 a week. I had lost some weight, but most importantly,
I felt great, and alive. And then, life threw a curveball at me and I fell into a depressive state. Since September of 2021, I’ve had little motivation to do anything and what I do get done is because it’s an absolute necessity- taking my kids to school, feeding my family, some house chores, work responsibilities. Everything else, including my health was a thing of the past, and I wanted no parts of it. For the past several months I wanted to get up and workout but couldn’t get myself there. I would watch UA-cam workout videos - which is how I found you ☺️- to motivate me but my eyes and fingers were the only ones getting the workout 😂 I would even get dressed in workout clothes to get in the spirit but would end up in some corner of my house angry that i let myself go, and sometimes, having my own pity party.
Well, today, I chose me. I walked around in my workout clothes for an hour and tried to find anything and everything to do except workout. This video popped up and heard the Afrobeats and I was sold! (Afrobeats is one of my favs for workouts) I loved, loved the workout. It was quick and did the job. I felt the burn, but most importantly, I remembered how good it feels to workout, and I felt alive!
Today is the beginning of my health lifestyle journey 2.0. Thank you, Jo, for sharing your journey and for your transparency. And thank you for that beautiful smile and energy you share with us all. 💜

I struggle with about 7 monhts anxiety. I thought I would never get better. And it brought these symptoms together. I started about 2 months start eating healthy and doing sports. About 2 or 3 weeks, I do this workout every morning as a part of my morning routine to empower myself before I start the day.
When I first started learning any workout the first day, I always slow the video down super slow. But this morning, I needed to get out quite quickly, and so I decided to speed up your video to 0.25 faster and oh my God. I was sweating twice as hard, a good burn, and I felt a burn all through my legs and arms and even my core. If you've been doing this workout for a while and want to spice things up, I encourage you to speed up the video by 0.25. I sweated twice as hard in 7 minutes as I had in the original 10 minutes. So good.

So I’m at home listening to Afrobeats after cleaning it was time to workout I’ve been doing your workouts off and on for maybe a year now. I was planning on doing the “your fat won’t survive” video but letting my own music play until I seen that you have this new Afrobeats workout!!! Thanks for making another one. It was fun, quick and easy today is more of a rest day but I still wanted to get some movement in and this was just what I needed! I started a lifestyle change back in 2018 and lost 110lbs. I lost it all by doing Keto which was a quick fix but not a long term one. I have since gained most of weight back and I want something to motivate me to get myself back on track. I came across your videos on TikTok and I’m really excited to get started.

I gained a lot of weight after surgery due to hormone problems. I'm quite lazy and it's difficult for me to start any activity other than walking, but I really like dancing. Your videos help me to become more active and do something for myself and my body with love. i had started working out to your videos back in 2021 but that was also the year i got married so i had stopped a couple months before my wedding due to i had done my wedding completey by hand so i was having a hard time trying to keep up with that and my wedding lol and after i had full intentions to start back up again. but being a mamma of 2 very energetic girls it was harder than than what it seemed. so i decided to start the new year with jumping back into it! just did a 10 minutes morning routine and i finished it to the end and im feeling pretty good. thanks jo!!!!!

I would always have trouble losing weight and especially with pcos and your workouts and eating healthy It has helped me so much I lost 10 pounds and I feel so better and I no longer have to wear lose clothes and I feel so good about myself . I never take the time to write something in the comments, but I truly appreciate this workout. I have struggled with my image since I was a teenager, and I have tried EVERY UA-camR'S WORKOUT. Not that I don't like them, but Jo's workout doesn't feel like a workout that I HAVE to complete. It feels like we are friends having a great time and working our booties off haha. I love it, and it gets me excited every morning to try a new one.

I haven't been able to walk outside lately and this morning I'd woken up with pain in my shoulders from not exercising them. Plus I'm on my period right now, so even when I found this in the search results I decided to do a sitting down version. I still worked up a sweat! 😂 I'm glad I did. I feel like I helped my body feel a little better without hurting myself. In a few days I'll come back to this and do it standing up, because this feels like such a positive, feel-good workout. I went to your app and saw i couldn't afford it but i remembered you upload free content. So i thought to myself instead of laying in bed depressed when i wake up. Let me do this morning different. I have ALOT of pain.... but i pushed through it and i feel so proud of myself. Going todo this workout every morning for 30 days and see how i feel and if my back pain decreases any. I recommend anyone just try it... my 3 cats were highly entertained and gave me kisses right after the workout. Now im off to swimming! 💜 thanks girl.
