    This workout is quick, intense and effective without going crazy and doing high impact moves. It is perfect for beginners or those who are new to HIIT workouts.
    To keep things interesting, there are no repeats of exercises during this workout and instead of walking on the spot during out rest periods, we will be jogging to be the most efficient with our time during this workout.

    Whoever sees this, can you please pray for me. I'm 24 years old and back in May I found a lump in my right breast. My Dr is concerned about it so I'm going to have an ultrasound done in 2 weeks. I am so scared and confused.... I try not to think about it but it all come crashing down at once and I break down. I'm so scared of what's going to happen. My doctor told me that a young woman having breast cancer is rare but not impossible. She said she had a girl that found a lump when she was 21 and it was cancer. Please pray for me that God would calm my heart during this time.

      how did you find out you had a lump? did you feel it? im asking bc im scared for myself too :( i feel a ball like thing moving around in my left breast that i don’t feel in the other and it’s worrying me and i haven’t been to the doctors yet..

    I am a 12 years old girl and bit overweight. So having an influencer supporting u and sweating with u is a big motivation.       I get the pressure, and Sweetie, it's about loving your body AS IT IS and taking care of YOU. Exercise won't make you lose weight, but it has SO many benefits including feeling good IN yourself. I love that you are coming to exercise young, but my heart aches for my remembering my own judgement that you maybe are suffering too? I didn't start exercising until I was properly obese in my late teens. It was slowly learning about food, supporting myself through the pain of my past, and having positive experiences of my body through exercise that made the difference. It took two years, but my weight got healthy and stayed healthy ever since. NOT about a waist measurement. It's about self love. Doesn't come from a tape measure. Very best wishes, Dear Young One.

    Started in April. Gone from 148lbs to 120lbs (at the age of 50+). Along with watching my portions Jo has been a blessing and I’ve never had this much fun exercising.

      @@sandeep9769 I just mixed them up. I started with the beginner 20-minute walk the weight off because I was out of shape and had sciatica. I then moved to the 45 minute walk. Now I just pick whatever I’m in the mood for.

    Back in July I seen comments of others saying they lost 15-20 lbs and I felt like omg I can't wait, I'll be patient and I hope I don't give up on myself! Well today I am proud to say I'm down 23lbs :) I've been doing your work out routines almost every night! Thank you for these!

      Same here Sale 🙌🏽. Besides the fact that trying other online trainers felt like I was cheating (LOL), they just don't have the same energy. It's a different type of workout vibe when you see the trainer sweating with you too and also encouraging u

    I tried this workout in the morning. I usually do 20 minutes morning boost, but I am switching it tomorrow. By the way, I lost now 30 lbs!🙌 I didn't believe that I could do it at my age of 54. I met my goal this month, but I will continue these workouts.🙌

    Hey Jo! I started with you 2months now, weight lose and energy is tremendous.. 72yrs soon 73.. I love your videos..i get up early every morning and look forward to doing my workout..     *WORKOUT COMPLETE* Don't mind me if you see my comment on almost every video, lol. It's almost my teen birthday, in July, and I'm trying to get my body in order to be healthy and strong. I've been on this journey since spring/summer of 2023. These workouts really help me tons!! Thank you Jo so much, I am grateful to God that I found your channel. You are truly an inspiration to me. I don't want to have low self esteem, body dysmorphia, or anything like that, in my teens, when I get there, so I'm taking the time to move my body a lot while I am still very, very young.     I started my journey with you in July 2021, I stared at a weight of 250. Since then I’ve gotten down to 238 with consistent working out and watching what I’m eating and when I’m eating. No late eating for me anymore! My moods have shifted and if I can’t do my workout during the day i must get it in before i go to bed each night.

    I almost didn't exercise cause I didn't have enough energy to do a long workout but then I remembered one of Jo's videos that said it's okay if 'being consistent' doesn't look the same every day. So I decided to opt for a 10-minute workout to get some movement in today and I'm glad I did!

    Having ADHD can make it super difficult to do workouts bc I hate even 30 second intervals and repeating moves. It’s always too much time allowed for my mind to think wonder and convince myself I can’t do the workout. I successfully completed this workout without feeling so dreadful. So thank you so much :)

    It’s Ramadan for us Muslims and my plan is to go to the Gym at least 4 days a week and lift some weights. I don’t wanna exhaust myself and after I break my fast I’ll do this workout 1 or 2 times 🥰 I’ll keep y’all updated how it’s going

    19th July 2023: Did this today, early morning,on a bare stomach. Can't believe i did it. When i came to this video last time, i could not finish it. I've been on a rollercoaster with my weight! Mid year now and i am getting back at it. Thanks Jo for the amazing workout. Hope to reach my goal by year end.
    20th July 2023: I'm back with this one again. Have the impression that i did it more intensively today. Nearly gave up but did not!
    21st July 2020: 3 days in a row! Woooh! Tired today haha will get back at it maybe on Monday❤

    When you encouraged half way through to keep going it really helped! It’s so easy to give up when you can’t keep up with certain workouts but it felt so good to finish this workout!

    I did this toward the end of my lunch break! It was perfect and looking forward to adding an evening workout when I get home as well. My daughter is 11 months old and I am still breastfeeding so still trying to find the balance with exercising, eating appropriate calories and looking and feeling better! Thank you.

    I haven’t worked out like that since my third baby who’s almost 3. Felt so good I had to hold back my tears half way through the workout. It felt good to feel that pump again.     I love love love this workout! I just restarted my weight loss journey this month and have been addicted since. I have never found the right workouts on UA-cam for me and when I come across her she gave me so much confidence and energy! I love how she motivates us throughout the whole workout. I love how you can choose many different workouts! I try to do a different one everyday. My weight has been fluctuating and I’m trying to reach my goal of 130 by June! I will come back in four months to give my results😊

    I love your workouts jo! They’re simple yet very effective. I’ve been doing at least one of your workouts every night for the past 1-2 months alongside roughly 10-15k steps everyday (for a little over 2 years) and I’ve been having great results! After a year or so of walking at least 10k steps every day, I plateaued in my weight loss journey, but incorporating your workouts on a daily basis finally gave me the boost I needed! Thank you for being so positive and encouraging ❤🙏

    Started in February and I’ve lost 8 pounds in 8 weeks. My doctor asked me what I was doing and I told her about your channel. I pull the workouts up on YT and I do them in my bathroom as soon as I wake up (before the day gets in the way). I love how you motivate with just a smile. So many others think they have to shout at you the whole time and that just puts me off. (Flashbacks to gym class!)

    I'm 7 months pregnant with my second pregnancy in a year 😅 I don't have a lot of time to say the least and my workout game has not been strong but working out makes me feel incredible and I love yours!     Hi! You’ve been a real inspiration for me. I had my first baby in August. Before I became a mother, I was so used to coming and going as I pleased… hitting the gym whenever I wanted and sometimes twice a day… and always lifting pretty heavy. My baby is a real gem… happy, peaceful, etc. but I still wasn’t prepared for working out to become more of an “event”. A lot of things change when you become a parent. You gave me faith in low impact or no equipment workouts and now I know they are so, so effective. Things can be done at home in the living room and that saves time and energy! Your workouts are so fun! I’m enjoying this one especially. Thank you for your videos. ✨

    Jo, you've made my journey back to fitness easier. I cant find any other channel that I prefer over yours, it's just not the same.       I am also in the same position as you are in. 15 yes old 80kgs I have been a bit of a depression lately, most of it having to do with how my body looks. I started working out about 2 weeks ago, and I'm hoping to change for the better.

    jo idk how to tell you this, i'm so proud of myself for once in my life and that is all because of you. You gave me strength to not give up on myself. I was doing workouts that were way beyond my capability and I used to feel utterly demotivated after doing those workouts. My life changed completely when I came across your workouts and i just couldnt believe there was an alternative to those heavy exercises/gyms that made me feel like shit and I'm so grateful to you.

    I get burnt out so easily with different workouts, I've been between jogging and walking for the past 4-5 months. I got burnt out with walking so I tried jogging when it got cold. I've now gotten burnt out running and daylight savings is making it impossible to get outside before dark so I tried an indoor jogging workout for about a week and got insanely bored. Tonight I decided to do some cardio to burn some calories and found some of growwithjo's videos and I'm obsessed! These are so fun to do and doesn't make working out seem like a routine. These make me sweat so good and with 25 minutes of medium intensity have burned over 300 calories. I've lost 30-40lbs since August and I'm hoping these videos will help me continue my progress ❤

    I started to work out with you 3 weeks ago. I never sweated so much in my life doing a workout, but you really bring me to that point ! I combine your workouts with runs in the nature, going on hikes, going out by bike and complete adjustment of my meals. I already started to see results slowly!!!!     Jo, I didn't know what to do until I found you. I gained weight all of a sudden really fast and struggled with body image. You have helped me so much.     I started in September I am from France. I only lost 2 kgs but I also do weignt training so it shows more physically. I gave birth to a baby boy a year and a half ago and was having difficulty exercising and didn't want to go to the gym anymore so I'm glad I found your channel.     Thank you, Jo! I am very busy, over 50, overweight, and overwhelmed. These short 10-15 minute HIIT workouts fit perfectly in my schedule. It's easier to find that 15 minutes in my day than 45 minutes. And because it's a HIIT workout, I know I'm going to sweat, which is what I need and what I want . I love intense cardio but I'm not YET capable of keeping up with 45 LONG minutes of it at this stage, let alone the time...but when I do 15 minutes of it without having to stop and I've made it to the "WORKOUT COMPLETE" , it makes me feel like a champion sweaty, out of breath winner! I did it, and I feel great! Hey, it really does boost your mood, and I think I need that too. You're a great gal, Jo. Thanks again for the desire to help others

    I caught covid in July and for some reason that is what kickstarted my fitness and weight loss journey. I started working out with Jo then and now I have now lost 18lbs. I have never managed any long term weight loss over 6lbs and never managed to maintain it. These workouts and genuinely changed my life and made me feel so much better.     Well well that got my heart rate right up! My warm up was walking my dog for 20 minutes so this little shorty HIIT workout was perfect. I live in California - I discovered you in the last couple of months - still working on being consistent but I love your workouts and especially the dance parties. Whoo hoo!

    Happy New Year, all!🎉 I started back this morning. My right foot has been in pain over Holidays. I took it easy for several days and I will see a doctor tomorrow morning. I don't want to stop doing exercises and other body training. I love how light my body feels after workouts, especially at my age: 54.
    Today, I took careful steps and did a few modifications to complete this HIIT workout which I love. 😁💪

    Just paired this workout with your Do This Workout Every Night To Burn Fat in Your Sleep but I took it down a notch because I am 66. I jogged, but I had to take the squats not as low because of my knees and a little slower with some of the other moves, but I kept up. I am from Canada and just started 2 days ago! Again, thanks so much Jo! You make working out such a pleasure with your infectious smile and attitude!

    This pandemic has made me the heaviest I've ever been! But I started to do your shred calendar starting this week. Started at 176.4 lbs on Tuesday, today (Thursday) I'm at 173. Pairing it with a calorie deficit, not necessarily 'healthy' foods but I'm not going to pressure myself to make too many changes at once. Thank you for all the free workouts! Makes me feel so good about myself and my progress.

    Thank you. Was looking for 10 min Hitt boost metabolism workout. This one is perfect as you work with limited space . Everything was able to be done on narrow mat. No floor or kicks outside the confined space. Everything was standing !! Also you don't talk during exercises I ❤️ that!!! I tried 3 other ones and shut them off after a minute 😆

    I just wanted say I started your workouts in May and I have lost 31lbs so far due to your workouts. I am truly grateful I found you on this platform.
