I started my Pilates journey, less than a year ago, due to a recommendation for back and joint pain, I joined to studio classes once a week, but I just got hooked on Pilates and taking more classes in the studio, was way to pricey, long story short, I bought the reformer and starting to work out with your videos and I feel I have come a long way, Thank you, thank and thank you!

I have been taking reformer classes since 2019. I get an employee discount on classes because it is at a recreation center where I work. However, I calculated what I have spent on classes so far. Wow, I could have paid for a reformer with that money. I'm planning on buying a reformer now and doing your reformer workouts. I am happy I found your channel with great content!

Love this workout! You encourage me to work harder since it's a shorter video. Feels good to push myself! Did footwork with all the springs- ah! It burned but def going to do that again!
Thanks Mirakel! That section is a tough one. I’m sure you’re not the only one feeling this way and it’s always good to listen to your body. Next time try lowering your springs to 3/4 (the blue and white) or even just the blue and slow down the pace. Hope this helps!
Hi Dez, I cannot figure out how to send you a DM on UA-cam (pffff) so I am commenting on the next workout I am planning on trying out! I spoke with Thomas who said that installing the white spring is very simple. It's only one bolt. I think it can be done without removing the carriage but it is probably easier to tip the reformer on its side to do it. Voila! Juliette
Great workout. Loved it. Was wondering if you can address one thing. I am short and had a hip replacement so straddling the reformer is a range that is too much for me. I modified by using shorter straps and standing back inside the well. What do you suggest as a modification? I want to do these exercises but need to be cautious. Thanks,
Hi Susan! Thank you for bringing this to my attention. The modification you did is a great one! I’d also say you could squat off to one side and do single arm (using the arm closest to the machine when facing the pulleys and lower to the white spring) or take out the squat option and just do the arm exercises seated. Hope this helps!
Hi, Is there somewhere you list which colours correspond to which band strength? I have a different machine and are continually trying to figure this out. Thanks so much.
@@madonnacamacho8346 hi! Yes I apologize, I’ve been better at stating strengths instead of colors in my more recent workouts. Here is the correspondence: Red= Heavy Blue= Medium White= Light Hope that helps! Thank you for your support on the workouts!
I would assume all of your red are the same weight… The red are the heaviest and blue is typically half the weight of a red. I would just test out certain exercises where I suggest the option for white and try either just the blue or just one red. Hope that helps! Thanks for trying to workout!
Not sure if I would extend the shoulders past the waste especially for older people that have rounded shoulders due to office posterior. Too much pressure on biceps tendon.

My reformer is too tall to really do the squatting over the machine. And I'm 6'2!!

Why would you take elderly people with rounded shoulders to an INTERMEDIATE class? They need special training and constant supervision.
The shoulder pads hurt is that normal
Another reason I love workouts at home is because nobody hears the loud CRACK of my shoulder/ hip/ knee/spine when I stretch at the end.
