When I do bridges my hamstrings cramp so bad I have to keep stopping. Any help?
In this video since you are bridging with very light springs I would add on more weight (3 heavy springs). If you are cramping with your feet on the foot bar for high bridges I would take your feet down to the platform and not foot bar. I hope that helps!
