- John and Tamara share custody of their daughter Micaela. Tamara said John became upset because Micaela has been around her new boo. An upset John filed for child support but he did not show up for court.

Well why would you go through a process just to end up not showing up...this was not a very thought out process on the petitioner. I’m glad case is dismissed cause that would be unfair for one to be served and show up and the other not show up and still have to pay child support when custody and expenses are shared. 🤦🏻♀️🤓

Do a scenario where the NCP goes back to school and is getting a lower income. Whether the child support rate is based on previous income/potential or get adjusted to current income as a student (maybe if they go to school full time and now work parttime or not at all)

Courts should mail the plantiffs that don't show up a bill of the court costs just for wasting time and taxpayers money. So people would think twice doing this unless they want to pay $1000+ in court costs
