    Illegal contract. You can get out of any contract! For child support you just have to fight harder because your money is an asset to the acting judges that roll
    Out these illegal orders.

    How do you handle illegal child support? One where you were NEVER served an order for child support but still get hit with paying for a kid that’s not yours!!

    You can terminate anytime. you can also ask employer to cease and desist giving away your property.
    You are not being truthful but I know...you want to get paid right?

      Hi there, thanks for commenting! You cannot terminate at anytime and your employer will continue to garnish your wages if there is a court order telling them to do so. Be sure to check out the video to learn more and feel free to post your questions here!

      Dude..the matrix has been cracked. There are tons of people doing it right now. While the whole thing is legal, the fraud around it is not. Maybe the term "anytime " is when you decide to challenge it in court. (FL-195)

      @@daby8399 They tried that on me , way back when i still paid. No, it is not a contract and even if it was, it would be no good, since contracts have to be lawful and mutually beneficial . And most of the time this so called contract is neither!!!

      @@LawInfo Partially correct, I have found that most orders to pay child support are in fact VOID, ie no good. Now getting the corrupt courts to acknowledge this, then obey the law is difficult. They want that money very badly, .. can you say Title IV???
      But here is the RUB, if you force them to stop stealing from you, you must still support your child or they my try to get you for CRIMINAL NONSUPPORT and that is very serious. You do have the right under most state laws to make a private arrangement but getting the state, who depend on those Title IV funds to obey that right and back off is difficult
      It can and has been done. I stopped them, but that was because they no longer had legally authority to collect support, but even then, they did not want to stop, they are that CROOKED AND CORRUPT.

    What if there is no court order signed by a judge? The support Magistrate admitted to me that she has NO AUTHORITY to make anyone pay through the child support agency. And what if there is no state Compelling Interest in the case? no proof of neglect or abandonment which is needed to obtain Subject Matter Jurisdiction.

    There one issue with the Affidavit for termination for Child Support for me that I can't find the custodian parent to have her served and I believe she is dodging being served. I currently have a credit believe that or not with child support now over $4,000 owed back to me but since doing College Abatement and wiping all the year back childsupport they thought Iowed was wiped because my daughter has never given me anything with teanscripts and the cusodian parent even agreed and got the credit on my account. Just needing some advise if anyone else has ideas for this? Thanks!

    I've been pouring over my case and I finally found the contract I signed. It was the voluntary acknowledgement of paternity affidavit. However they never disclosed the terms of the contract which is fraud by deception. Also they came into the hospital the day after my son was born at 8 am and shoved that affidavit in my face and basically said if the mother and I didn't sign, CPS could take our son.

      The guy who posted this video is basically telling people that they can't end a contract. That's a lie. YES YOU CAN.. Federal law clearly states that you can terminate a contract at anytime and for any reason. Especially if the contract is not beneficial to both parties. The entire contract is unconstitutional. You can sue under color of law. You are expected to perform, while the other party reaps all of the benefits. If you fail to perform, you are jailed. I got full custody of my child last year, child support continued to threaten me with jail. My ex told them multiple times to drop the case and they refused. We (me and my ex) sent a cease and desist letter and told them they were about to get sued for illegally using my ex's name to issue subpoena's and being a threat to the safety/stability of my daughter. They backed off. I still get the occasional bill in the mail. I mark return to sender on it and mail it back. I'm not fkng around with those people anymore. I got tired of running to an ATM machine, to withdraw my own money after they pick off the top of it.

    How soon before my child reaches 21 should I file this with the court?

    • @heyman5525
      @heyman5525 3 роки тому +1

      You should be able to file after the age of 18 especially if you're confident that the criteria has been met for the termination of child support. How long it will take to process is a matter of how much the court system has a backlog. As far as meeting the criteria, you should be able to look up an image of the affidavit in your state online. It will probably list a number of options for you to check off. They will most likely say "my child is 18 and..." It will be followed by things such as graduated or emancipated or self-supporting or moved out of the home of the custodial parent. But whatever the criteria is, they generally have to be 18 years of age and graduated from high school. If they are still living at home as full-time students then you're probably out of luck. They will most likely continue the child support until the child stops attending school. you should be authorized by law in your state to contact whatever school it is to verify their attendance. if they're living at the custodial parents home without any schooling then that termination will probably be approved because they are able to get a job. If they're a dorm student or resident student at a distant University then they are no longer under the care of the custodial parent and not eligible for child support. Otherwise that child support would be the same as alimony to the parent. So the criteria needs to be whether they are 18 whether they're living at the custodial parents home. Those are the two most important factors. If you believe this is going to be disputed in any way please do not be unprepared. if you don't have a good lawyer in advising you you could end up having your child support raised and continued for a long time. The judge may call for hearing whether it's disputed or not and that's a double-edged sword. The court system is not quick to terminate child support under normal circumstances. they are generally trying to favor that child above anything else. Make sure you know where that child is what they do whether they're eligible to get a job and was in there qualified to get a job otherwise it's always possible that things could go bad for you.

      @@JimmyHendrixJR there may be no "abatement" affidavit in New York. so you may have to file directly with the court system or through your circuit clerk but that's more of a "lawyer" type of process. It would essentially be like you acting as an actual lawyer. But if you have what's called A "child support enforcement agency", they will tell you the procedure for termination and whether there is an abatement affidavit. sometimes they have an abatement form that only requires a handwritten note from you that they send to the court system or a judge.
