Great video - Thank you so much for this video, I was able to buy "Generic Electric Pressure Cooker Pressure Sensor or Switch (TYPE C)" and fix my Insignia pressure cooker
It's NOT a 'pressure switch' it's a "Thermostat". It opens and closes it's contacts based on tempature. Has nothing to do with measuring or being tripped to open nor close it's contacts based on pressure.

I had the same problem... I opened the bottom and made sure everything was connected properly.... it fixed the problem 😂

The Thermostat switch contact goes bad, clean the contact with a sandpaper and it should start working again.
