If anything, these allegations against him (and there are some in there with irrefutable proof), should give enough grounds to call for a reform in the law around our cyber world. Here's my take: I agree, but I still think its important to show basic aspects of human "respect" (even if the person doesn't deserve it) because otherwise we'll lose the point further. It's already hard enough to convince people that misgendering is wrong so the second we imply that it's fine to do so if you don't like the person then it just gets worse.
