NO PLANKS Abs Workout

- Join me for this quick but effective ab strengthener! We will work for just under 10 minutes to lean and strengthen your midsection and obliques and we are doing it without planks! This ab workout will include 6 exercises we will work each exercise once through with a full range of motion and then once through while pulsing! This workout is beginner friendly all the way to advanced because I will off modifications throughout and you can use a dumbbell to increase intensity accordingly!

I started with no ever doing sit ups, but in good “conditioning health”. I cant believe how much I struggle with abs at the beginning. Today, I WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT! I could do the work, yes! Im burning! But able to finish!!!
