You always want to feel something under your feet, this will ensure you are doing the work, prevent you from bouncing in the saddle, and protect your knees!

Ive been riding with your channel for about 5 months. Never commented until now. THANK YOU 🎉 I didn't know how much I needed this until afterwards! I did it! Thank you for being the inspiration and push that was missing. Bye-bye plateaus- weight, strength, endurance and emotional plateaus! I've lost 20% of my body weight as after 6 months. Yes with medical supervision, medication, diet, and KC bike and now strength workouts. 💪. I'm 1/2 way there, I want to lose another 20% to be down to healthy body weight for my age and frame. Just finished this amazing ride early in the morning in the UK, I'm a single mum with two sweet angels and now it's time to get them ready for school and nursery before I head to my part time job.. it's been a tough year for me so far but every struggle is an opportunity for growth and expansion so I'm forever grateful for the difficult days.. Your words of encouragement, love and connection brought tears to my eyes.. I've been riding with you for over a year now and can't imagine a time without it in my life. I am so blessed for journey, I finish sweet summer sweat 🥳🍬🏖️🌊💦 and I keep watching break the plateau for about a week now today is this is the first time I don't stop to drink water and keep doing jumps without stopping any second of the workout. I keep replying this video in particular because I turn 32 years old 2 weeks ago and I am truly seeking the change of mentality that you are talking about for myself to become a better Christian, a better wife, a better worker and is amazing what you say! On the right moment when I am about to stop, or quit, I just wanted to share that with you.
I pray a special blessing for you and your family, that God keep using you.

Let me tell you something Kaleigh, 2 weeks ago I started doing this cycling rides daily (except for weekends) and girl!! The changes I’ve seen on my body. I feel stronger but I also look leaner and more toned! Thanks a lot🤍 without your workouts and the motivation you give us I couldn’t have made it to where I am right now on my fitness life

Thank you for keeping me sane while i have been evacuated from my far north city because of wildfires. I love how your bike workouts translate over to an elliptical machine. The only thing that would be extra is if the ‘dessert’ videos were in a playlist so i could find them with ease. I do the stretches after weightlifting consistently because of them being in a playlist. Thank you for the unintended benefit of managing my stress.

I haven't been on the bike in almost a year due to the fact that I have training on the erg (indoor rowing machine).
