- In 5 minutes we are going to tighten our entire mid-section! We are going to train the transverse and rectus abdominus, and obliques! This is a no repeat, no equipment, no plank ab tightener with 45 seconds of work for 5 exercises with 15 seconds to rest between sets! Get ready for the burn and the build to follow!

I've been on a weight loss journey for the last 6 months and have been building up a lot of core strength recently, to the point where my abs routine was not burning like it used to. So I was searching for some abs workouts to add to my abs day routine and THIS is the ONE!! Added to playlist!

What cute doggos!! I havent tried the workout itself yet but was previewing it and just had to say how happy the sleepy dogs' presence made me! I love it when UA-cam fitness gurus have their pets in the viedos even if just in the background, they always make the workout more enjoyable and almost easier because of the happy chemicals being released in my brain just from seeing them!
Kaleigh , I'm new to your videos, but I love them. The workouts are realtively simple and I can feel my muscles waking up. You are a great teacher. BTW are the dogs alive. They don't even seem to be breathing!
