From all the weaponry she appears to have in her body like Finite rapid cluster gun, .45 cascader, twin barrier gun, caustic shells among other cool stuff, the .223 Automatic STOPper intrigues me the most.

This scene is the embodiment of the current status of The Terminator franchise, Arnold singlehandedly carrying a dying(dead!) Franchise until the bitter end! 🤣
She was certainly more attractive and I believe she played the role of a Terminator better. People criticize the Rex-9 for being too personable. But that is The Logical evolution of a Terminator. It is an infiltration unit and it is far easier to talk your way past the opposition and proceeded to Target rather than brute force your way through which happens at the end

Ya the Rev 9 did not have onboard weapons... and it should have but if it did then it would have too much advantage on the field and the movie would not play out very well. The movie didn't play out well anyway but that would be part of the reason for not having it. They really should have stuck with the classic 1 on 1 fight to the death formula. Instead they injected Linda Hamilton as a bitter useless old lady with nothing to contribute other than negativity. Maybe that's realistic but it wasn't entertaining. I would like to have seen more of The Rev 9 VS a Grace that can recover after her bath salts Rage. That would have been an interesting formula if she beats the Terminator every time... long enough for them to escape but then she can crash and they have to hope she recovers before the Rex 9 find them again. That would have been a way better storyline

For combat is more Rev 7, but still, i think REV terminators uses lower quality of material to skeletons than classic Skynet terminators... In dark Fate T-800 throw with only one hand REV to wall and disable his skeleton for five seconds... (Sorry for my english.).... And if T-800 is weaker than more advanced T-850 in T-3, because T-850 is more stronger, has more speed, longer lifetime and better skeleton, mabye alone T-3 Arnold T-850 kill Rev 9 easy.... And T-X what is far lot stronger than in avg. Five T-850 rip Rev 9 to scrap in seconds.
Rev 9 is one of the best infiltrators we see. Skynet series Infiltrators are more about brute force, which fits a Military AI. LEGION is all about cyber warfare which is more sneaky, and it reflects in its Series of Infiltrators. REV 9 is more personable, and is capable of passing for human, with virtually no tells that it is not human. And is smarter in using its Liquid Metal in attacking. It uses its whole body to stab. If you compare it the T-X, the T-X is far more robotic in how it interacts with people, letting you know something is off. It also resorts to brute force far too early. It could have gotten closer to Kate and killed her without revealing it was the T-X. Which is something the REV 9 would do.
This movie is actually pretty good as a story but I think it lacked the budget to have a great finale. The crane Chase is pretty Kick-ass... and so was the female Terminator. But somehow it was just lacking at the end I think because of poor CGI and a lack of menacing intensity between the two Terminators that Terminator 2 managed to capture. Also the end is a pretty good story line even though it is a depressing for me. The good guys don't win this time...
4:17 Love how it just says "TEXT regarding current weapon being displayed [...]", so clearly this is a placeholder that they forgot about. The text is on screen rather briefly but an attentive viewer could still pick up on it.
Still FAR better than anything they made AFTER this. For me, when Jim Cameron stopped directing, canon stopped - so only T-1 and T-2 count and I'll NEVER acknowledge Dark Fate - but, this IS the only other one I ACTUALLY don't mind. It's no T-2, but it's 100,000 times better than Dark Fate. I even had the PS2 game of it. Nick Stahl was just badly cast as John Connor - and nothing against him - he just physically doesn't look a THING like Furlong in T-2. Should have cast guy who looked more like an older version of that.
Is the part where Kate says to the Terminator, "Do something!" once the T-X starts sawing through the roof cut from this clip? It should have occured at around 3:19.
definitely... I have Arnold Schwarzenegger's original commentary of the movie from the Blu-ray disc and he's talking about how he wanted her to be this hot chick with a perfect body because he wanted to see something new. I don't understand why this film didn't do better I loved it
When I was a little kid, I thought this film was amazing. I’m glad I grew up and gained some braincells to realize what a disgrace this movie is compared to the first 2.
I used to question the bulletproof coffin, but then I remembered that Sarah Connor set it all up prior to her death. And let's face it... a bulletproof coffin is 100% something that the Sarah Connor from T2 would do.
In an interview with Arnold they had a Great idea starting out... and and if the TX had been as vicious as the T1000 the film would have done better but unlikely to be better than or equal to T2... In T2 the T1000 is dropping people going direct at them every time. All the TX kills are : Off Screen... no intensity in just talking about it...
This scene shows how bad this movie is in editing. No continuity or orientation whatsoever. Polices opened fire, T-850 drove away, rapid cut to Katherine wandering in the cemetery! TX in disguise showed up from nowhere, T-850 came to save the day (from where, how did he end up there?)
That rocket probably should have killed the T-X. It’s not like the T1000 who was made entirely of liquid metal. The T-X only has liquid metal skin; it’s insides are basically like the T-850. And an RPG will tear through a few inches of steel like butter.
