Thanks for watching this video! It's been good to take a break and reflect on all I've learned so far during my decluttering journey. I have some more declutters planned. But In the meantime, if you're looking for additional content from me, you can check my Substack, teawithlilibet.substack.com/. I hope you have a great week, Lilibet ❤
Lots of good advice here. We've had stuff in storage for 6 months as we wait for our apartment to be finished and I know I'll be taking a REAL hard look at everything we pull out from there. Even though I've been decluttering for years and did a major declutter before moving out of our home (and into a rental) I'm sure there will be more to let go of. The longer I'm a miniamlist to more I want to have less stuff. Love the new serving ware.
Thanks Libby! It's amazing to me how long it takes to truly declutter our lives. I thought I'd be done by now. But still find things that need to go. 😍
Oh thank you! Well done on conquering the clutter. I'm not a plant expert by any means and have had at least one die since moving in. So am determined to care for the others ❤️
Instead of Beethoven, how about his first name, Ludwig? It means glorious in the battle, famous warrior. That majestic looking plant deserves a strong name! -- Barbara
Hi Lilibet, you have some great tips for decluttering. This video is one of the best I have seen on this topic and I'm sure it will be helpful to people. Your new purchases are lovely and I hope you will enjoy them for many years. Grass plants are so beautiful and lovely to touch. Well done reviving the flower and for keeping your ferns looking so good. I watched this video on Sunday night just after the storm. It was like a tornado up here on the 17th floor. We were enjoying watching it until we realised that our balcony furniture was being picked up by the wind and I had to rush out in the wind and rain to stop it flying over onto the street. Did you need to move anything off your balcony?
Thanks for the feedback Rena! I'm glad to hear the video hit the right points. Oh that storm! I took the picture down from my balcony wall and brought in the cushions and lights that were close to the edge. The river is going to be high tomorrow. I hope none of your things were damaged. 😍
Oh that's a great idea, thank you! I quite like Beethoven as a name, as his piano sonata no 8 in c minor is one of my favs. A serious name for a serious plant 😀❤
How often do you declutter? I usually do my wardrobe after each season and donate what I haven't worn. The house is a little different usally once a year, while my husband is out otherwise, he wants to keep it. Except with the old glasses, he let me get rid of them and use the good ones we have, at our age our if we don't use them now we never will.
I feel like I'm still doing what I refer to as my "set up" declutters. So for now I'm doing them every few weeks or so. But yes, like you, I also do a seasonal declutter for clothing. Yay for using all your nice things each day. I have a similar philosophy 😍

@@teawithlilibet all good here, thanks. I'm glad to here you were able to prepare your balcony beforehand.
@@justnoticing I believe more weather is coming tomorrow.
I would suggest you name your plant after a composer or musician as that’s such a big part of your life.
