      @zeroounce8874 8 днів тому

@@glodusmuspell9069yes you can control your own mood… and you should do it.
You literally choose to be angry, upset, hateful and etc…
First lesson- is to recognise what mood are you in and willing change thinking of certain person/situation. And instead think of the best moment in your life…anything, any moment which makes you love your life and everything else.
Second- do not go to bed in a bad mood. Same, change it.
Meditation helps so much because it teaches you not to runaway from your problems, not to fight it. But simply recognise it , welcome it and let it go.

One thing to consider is that if you’re unable to be passionate about anything that is in your life currently, ie family, self improvement, healthy hobbies.. you’ll never find that ONE thing. Because you are the problem. Enjoy the life you’ve been given. Get a dog, or a bike. Get out of the rut and live your life today instead of worrying about the future.

I hear that! I learned a bit later, also. I hated being married or even having a boyfriend. Out of my 4 children only one of them cares about me. The others just can't be bothered. So, instead of being sad about what I don't have I happy with the one child I do have who lets me be part of her life. She doesn't understand why her siblings are like that.
If I had known a long time ago what I know now, most likely I would have never married or had children. So much time, pain, sacrifice, money, work. For what?
Not near enough return on all that I invested in them. If I could have skipped over the first 3 and only had my youngest, I would.

Studying arts, culture, language enriches your spirit - I would never regret studying.

    Yes, happiness comes from within.
Yes, people who are motivated to do things fare better in life than those lacking motivation.
I learned from observing/listening to a man at a family dinner. His daughter said that I should meet him and he was now slowing down a bit. She described a life of horror and unspeakable crimes he had lived through. At the dinner table, he asked people about their opinions, goals, families, what they liked about their jobs, education and experiences. He shared nothing about himself. Everyone was happy to speak with him.
Since that evening, decades ago, I have modeled my behavior after him. I took pictures of the plaques on the wall, the awards, and threw them out. I don't volunteer information about my education, work experience or accomplishments. None the less, many people in the community know me on sight. I am happy to learn things about people. Whether you are the technician drawing blood, the homeless guy in the park, I want to meet and learn from you.
So many people focus only on the tragedies in their lives . . . and talk incessantly about "the Ex". We all have tragedies, reserves, and bad decisions. So what?

What an amazing business woman with a fantastic outlook. If not already she should be speaking professionally. That business experience and warm personality would go far. Thank you, I thoroughly enjoyed every minute

One of the best and "reallest" interview you have done. We need to see and hear more women. We need more HERstory. Thank you

Wow what a cool person. She just seems so genuine. Some people you wonder if they're really as happy as they seem, but her, she just radiates peace. Good for her! What a wise woman too.

I love the way she puts it in her own words and perspective. IT is really about the phase in live and what you are willing to risk. And most of all not caring what others think. The people who have innovated things or pioneered things have really just did what they wanted.

I don't know why, but so many businesses seem to struggle this 2024. I know a self-published author, a hairstylist, a coffee shop owner, and a realtor saying the same thing. I am keen on retiring comfortably at 40 with at least $2m, only to spend more time with my kids.

$2M is an awesome goal, you inspire me to retire comfortably too

I’m quite lucky exposed to personal finance at an early age, started job 19, purchased first home 28. Going forward, got laid-off at 36 amid covid-outbreak, and at once hired an advisor to help stay afloat. As of today, I'm just about 10% shy of my $1m investing goal.

I've stuck with ‘’Sophia Verdekal O'neal” since the 2020 pandemic, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, so you can confirm her on the internet.
