@@marklittler784 , i believe that there is case law which set a precedent in the UK in regard to filming in public, including filming private property from a public place. My argument would be that the premises of a Police Station are not generally accessible by the public but not private, apart from areas that may be set aside for that purpose, which would be covered by tacit consent. It would be an interesting tactic by an auditor if they said ( when approached by the Police ) that they were lost and seeking help, as that is an acceptable reason for being on premises belonging to another person. Strange how police use a terrorism legislation simply cos they’re worried about a perceived security risk. The security risk itself makes no sense - risk that can’t use the undercover cars which can clearly be seen from a public street. If so concerned don’t park them where can be seen in public. Clearly abuse of their powers. If they truly believed you were a terrorist the 4 coppers would have been much closer, would have surrounded you and would have handcuffed you and used force. No way would they stop a suspected terrorist so politely (at least I hope not)
Bunch of pussies, they kick off about a camera but the Manchester Arena bombing happened coz security and police where too cowardly to prevent a real terrorism threat. The CCTV showed the bomber struggling to carry his (oversized) back pack, walked past police officers and was even approached by security but they let him go and blow everyone up but they won't do that to someone with a camera, they kick a big fuss over that. Pathetic people.

They can not do such deep logical thinking. They are just territorial bullies. If they do not want their cars seen, build a wall. Anybody can go there and have a look - and film with a hidden camera.
The female officer really does talk a lot…expressing her thoughts and conclusions before investigating the situation. She also makes up law as she delivers her speech and continually interrupts to make her points.
@Sir Scofferoff she at no point really thought he was a terrorist nor did her lacky and if the pigs really thought you were a terrorist they would have an armed response team show up if they had any sense at all!
I think them officer's knew exactly who, what and why he was there !! The main concern for the Police is what she was trying to explain that some of her colleagues and unmarked car's are involved in COVERT operations and he is opposing a risk to them by filming with no concidaration for that fact !!. It will not matter how high wall's and fencing is , the police will still be having their cars and faces filmed entering and exiting. If the police are investigating someone for instance spiking people's drinks at a club , they have to put officers undercover and also have to use unmarked car's in other types of investigation to blend in. If they are videoed by someone auditing then that officer and car will be useless to the investigation. Also imagine if you was a police officer and wanted to better your career in this line of policing you wouldn't be able too because of having your face on a UA-cam video for everyone to see . I think the police will win this one again and make it three two , because of the lack of concidaration for covert operations angle that will be argued .
@@originalherdsman3524 So they have "covert" operations running out the back of the police station. Now let's think what could possibly go wrong with that...
Just a couple of points; If they have 'TOP SECRET' vehicles they use for covert operation in that parking area, why are they in full public view? If she is concerned about the safety of their rear parking lot, why are they not making a request to the Chief Constable to put in a wall or a fence to protect it? She states just before they carry out the search that it is to satisfy 'HER' suspicion and belief, but the legislation clearly dictates that it needs to be 'objective' and not merely 'subjective'.
Don't know why the auditor mentions the cases he's won to female cop , she's not botherd nothing comes out of her pocket, it's taxpayers that pay for it.

Amazes me how they will question every passerby with a camera but won’t put a solid fence up. If it’s so secure they are that worried spend some tax payers money on a fence. Security risk is so funny, if you were really gathering evidence you would do it covertly to stay longer and get more info. The investigative skills of modern policing.
The unmarked cars are public vehicles! They get spotted in public as soon as they are used to respond to an emergency. Hardly 'covert' filming, ABUSE of section 43 plain and simple.

Hows the claim on this one going AB?
She said she is searching you under the terrorism act, then she says one of the grounds are that her colleagues have the right to a private life as well 😂.
😂😂😂
If you want your cars to be covert do not park them at the back of a police station all day every day where terrorists and other criminals can see them. Now having searched him, the same video is being uploaded so nothing has changed regarding covertness of the vehicles.
You couldn’t make it up
@@canyouwhenyourdrunk well she made it up. That's the problem
The public have a right a right to a private life too, but they don't get it. You or your vehicle can't go more than a few metres from your house without being captured on film somewhere! They seem to think they are entitled because they are cops.
It's scary how casually they abuse their powers!
SHE WENT THERE!!! The old "Section 43" move aka "I am the police, you will obey me" move
She is a monster. She makes up her mind that you have commited an offence & even in the face of contrary evidence she proceeds. As she said herself my "suspicion is" & That's IT! Her tone of voice is so robotic, doesn't matter what you say it's like she's not responding to a human being but a prompter or taking an order in a cafe. She really does not care.
She openly admits she would search ANYONE with a camera 🙈
She said “My Police Station” as well …she admitted to a lot of things.
Would that include speed camera vehicles and CCTV which film private vehicles every day.
@@johnvienta7622 There's forever if's and but's with the law, circumstances alter cases, your can't case out a joint intending to rob it, you can film but you can't carry out surveillance on places or people.
@@marklittler784 she said she would search everyone
@@marklittler784 , i believe that there is case law which set a precedent in the UK in regard to filming in public, including filming private property from a public place. My argument would be that the premises of a Police Station are not generally accessible by the public but not private, apart from areas that may be set aside for that purpose, which would be covered by tacit consent. It would be an interesting tactic by an auditor if they said ( when approached by the Police ) that they were lost and seeking help, as that is an acceptable reason for being on premises belonging to another person. As for the surveillance issue, are people who reside over the road from Police Stations restricted as to how long they can stare out the window?

Strange how police use a terrorism legislation simply cos they’re worried about a perceived security risk. The security risk itself makes no sense - risk that can’t use the undercover cars which can clearly be seen from a public street. If so concerned don’t park them where can be seen in public. Clearly abuse of their powers.
If they truly believed you were a terrorist the 4 coppers would have been much closer, would have surrounded you and would have handcuffed you and used force. No way would they stop a suspected terrorist so politely (at least I hope not)
Even if they know who these terrorist's are they let them kill sir David springs to mind! 👍🙏✌️

Yo AB, keep making the claims and filing complaints against pathetic power abusers until they learn their lessons. Love your work,

You are very much like myself in filing complaints and taking matters before the system to show that the pigs will not be allowed to get away with things. I am, laugh, well known to my pig force, and other forces, and banned from police response as my neighbour found out when she called the pigs over my being attacked outside my head, the culprits getting the worst of it and went away blooded and crying.
Making complaints is pointless, the complaints system is broken, even the IOPC says so. The only way to get some sort of action is to make a civil claim.
To be honest they won’t learn any lessons as they already know what law is .it is inconceivable that they don’t know of all the auditors in U.K. are doing it . They are knowingly harassing people with the aim of stopping a perfectly legal activity that they don’t like pretending it’s the law and that likes of you and others get so fed up of harassment you stop . Paying out occasionally compensation , it’s not there money it’s taxpayers. A bit like a parking ticket is to a taxi driver it’s just another expense that some one else pays
On another side note : recent high court judgement about bell / camera is harassment and data breach , could this affect you?

Police proving over and over that they cannot be trusted with the powers given to them.

Just a couple of points;
If they have 'TOP SECRET' vehicles they use for covert operation in that parking area, why are they in full public view?
If she is concerned about the safety of their rear parking lot, why are they not making a request to the Chief Constable to put in a wall or a fence to protect it?
She states just before they carry out the search that it is to satisfy 'HER' suspicion and belief, but the legislation clearly dictates that it needs to be 'objective' and not merely 'subjective'.
