My Current Plan is this : Monday - Chest + Triceps (More than Normal Carbs) Tuesday - Back + BIceps (High Carbs) Wednesday - Rest / Cardio+Abs (Low Carbs) Thursday - Shoulders (More than Normal Carbs) Friday - Legs (High Carbs) Sat/Sun - Rest/Cardio + Abs (Low Carb) And trust me,mixing it with intermittent fasting gives amazing results without any kind of supp.
Sir i beg to differ but i have been on low carbs high fat for the past two months and i have actually increased my deadlift and squatting strength with correct form as explained by Yatinder Sir and yourself. Basically people leave carbs and have a wrong mentality that Fats will make them fat whereas Fats actually help us get that energy and it is more clean and sustainable because in the short term we are moderately spiking our insulin by eating fats while when we eat carbs our insuling spike is way more. I think you will be able to shed more light on this. Regards always sir i'm a big fan. Also sir post workout there is an HGH release in the body and insulin is anti-hgh so taking in simple carbs immediately post workout would limit us in utilisation of the HGH benefits.

Likewise for other body parts so that carbs should be used as energy rather than stored as a fat. REMEMBER HEAVY LIFTING IS THE KEY TO BUILD MUSCLE GROWTH. NO EXCUSES. PERIOD.

I don't know about carbs as fat loss but for skinny guys carbs are your best friend.They help us to gain weight.Only with PROTIEN you cannot build muscles.Carbs are important.

Actually info on eating carbs an hour before workout is not so scientifically sound. You should carb up the evening before, skip carbs in dinner. This will prevent insulin shoots in the night, and most of it will store up in your liver for your next day power workout. Eating before workout or any time within 1 hour after workout will prevent growth hormone to work on it's full potential. Insulin and HGH cannot function at the same time. A typical insulin spike lasts a few hours. What it will cause is that you won't actually gain more muscle, but will store more glycogen in existing muscle fibres. Most of Tarun's videos are good, this one is slightly off. But carb cycling info is great!
