    I am doing it since last year and the results are awesome. I have lost almost 20Kgs (Mostly Fat and Water weight) and increased muscle definition .
    My Current Plan is this :
    Monday - Chest + Triceps (More than Normal Carbs)
    Tuesday - Back + BIceps (High Carbs)
    Wednesday - Rest / Cardio+Abs (Low Carbs)
    Thursday - Shoulders (More than Normal Carbs)
    Friday - Legs (High Carbs)
    Sat/Sun - Rest/Cardio + Abs (Low Carb)
    And trust me,mixing it with intermittent fasting gives amazing results without any kind of supp.

    Sir i beg to differ but i have been on low carbs high fat for the past two months and i have actually increased my deadlift and squatting strength with correct form as explained by Yatinder Sir and yourself. Basically people leave carbs and have a wrong mentality that Fats will make them fat whereas Fats actually help us get that energy and it is more clean and sustainable because in the short term we are moderately spiking our insulin by eating fats while when we eat carbs our insuling spike is way more. I think you will be able to shed more light on this. Regards always sir i'm a big fan. Also sir post workout there is an HGH release in the body and insulin is anti-hgh so taking in simple carbs immediately post workout would limit us in utilisation of the HGH benefits.

    Carbs are not enemy. If you know how to utilize them effectively, they are powerful muscle building component of the diet. This is time tested by me. By the way, love your video. This is wat the expectation is 💪👍 :)

      shahnawaz shaikh Please watch the full video. As he said, you need to cycle it based on your body part training.Keep in mind while you take carbs, it should be complex carbs and you need to lift heavy. Like for myself whenever I take carbs, I make sure to make the most out of it by lifting heavy, for example squats ass to grass form. Likewise for other body parts so that carbs should be used as energy rather than stored as a fat. REMEMBER HEAVY LIFTING IS THE KEY TO BUILD MUSCLE GROWTH. NO EXCUSES. PERIOD.

      Vishal Jagtap You need to increase carbs in your diet on the day when you lift heavy. If you are really into HIIT sports, then your carb protein fat ratio should be 2:1:1

    I don't know about carbs as fat loss but for skinny guys carbs are your best friend.They help us to gain weight.Only with PROTIEN you cannot build muscles.Carbs are important.

    sir mana 2000 cal. din mein le rahe hai toh low carb day total cal. ka 25% mod. mein 35% and high mein 60% rakhe right. if yes toh jab low carb mein hi gh carb se shift karenge toh protein and fat kitna up down karenge. because 2000 cal. maintain karni hai ya nahi.

      Basically the whole video is about -
      1.) Take high carbs on days you train bigger muscles.
      2.) Don't stick with the same diet for a long period, and change it around (such as fluctuate your carbs daily)
      3.) Don't listen to bullshit trainers/dietitians.

      Grilled chicken, eggs. Eat up veggies like Spinach, has carbs but mostly fiber. Try bhindi (big bowls), ghobi. Fish, salmon.
      So many options for any diet you like. But stick to it.

    i totally agree you that carbs r imporant i m in this field for 25 years ,i run my own gym i train them, i tell my students for a carbs before and after workout but , when they come in the morning or evening i ask them u ate something they say no khali stomach aaya, and they r skiny guys , they dont understand the importance of carbs. sab ko aise lagta hai mote ho jayenge. u also talk the same like me ,not easy to convince them hatsoff to u doing a good job. i m BRIJ I M ALSO PUNJABI HAVING GYM IN NAVI MUMBAI.

    Actually info on eating carbs an hour before workout is not so scientifically sound. You should carb up the evening before, skip carbs in dinner. This will prevent insulin shoots in the night, and most of it will store up in your liver for your next day power workout.
    Eating before workout or any time within 1 hour after workout will prevent growth hormone to work on it's full potential. Insulin and HGH cannot function at the same time. A typical insulin spike lasts a few hours. What it will cause is that you won't actually gain more muscle, but will store more glycogen in existing muscle fibres.
    Most of Tarun's videos are good, this one is slightly off. But carb cycling info is great!
