Hey Tarun I ordered Casein Protein from Amazon.in and researching on casein brands I find that it is pretty expensive. Do you know some Generic Indian Brands that are cheaper and safe for health, because Optimum Nutrition is expensive. Its the best but I dont wish to continue if I have to take it for long term. So please suggest some Indian Brands or cheaper brands that don't lack quality and are safe for health without banned substances.
BTW, that pounds need to subtract bf %. If you read studies which aren't done by supplement cartel, like the ones published by football teams, you need 1.5-1.8 grams per kg of body weight, and 2.1-2.3 grams per pound of body weight while cutting. And when I say cutting, I mean cutting like an athlete -- 1000-1300 caloric deficit. If you have 200-300 caloric deficit, don't change your protein. Body weight = Weight in KG - Weight of Body fat. Even with this method you will overeat as BF% does not negate water in muscles.

What do you think will happen??? You might die???? You'll excrete it most likely. And your wallet will be lighter. Obviously all the studies say that you don't need as much protein as you think, so don't eat too much!
Buddy, you can very much take 120grams of protein...make sure you get an approximation of your daily calories...120 grams of protein is completely alright, but space the protein intake in a number of meals...try to take 25-30gms of protein in a meal...which means 4-5 meals a day will help you get in the right amount of protein...fuel your body right...and view a hundred videos/articles before you fix your protein intake...peace!
