    +Tarun Gill Wrong! protein isn't stored as fat in the body.
    If your carb supplies are low then glucogenic amino acids provide for that carb deficit by biochemical conversion. Following which the remaining load gets excreted.

    Yesterday I saw a guy getting steroids injected into him, beleive me sir it was a very filthy sight for me. Maybe because it was the first time for me to see such things.       Its good I am using it,good value per serving.But pls remember as said in the video its not a miracle thing it will help 5-10% max.But compound this effect over your lifetime you are saving years of training without side effects and risks like those of steroids,yes but the reward is also lower.
