As a salaried person, it’s certainly difficult to invest your hard earned money into a sport where rewards are much lesser in this country (in other words, ROI is pretty less) - It’s a bitter pill to swallow. This is the one of many key reasons why India is not coming up with Mr.O level bodybuilders. However, I totally disagree when you say “now I wonder why people can't afford to stay fit”? If I ask you how many people who have gym memberships compete in a bodybuilding competition? The answer is very few of them. Majority of others are opting this healthy lifestyle of strength training and eating clean food to transform their bodies and lives. The main reason why people can’t afford to stay fit is because they’re lazy and don’t have any passion regarding their health. That’s the main reason why most of us quit working out in gym. You can “stay fit” without having whey protein or BCAAs or Creatine or Pre-workouts or, any other anabolic salts! You don’t need an expensive gym membership to “stay fit” either! I guess you are confusing Bodybuilding with “Staying fit”. I am a salaried person, I pay my bills, feed my family, and working out is my passion. I won’t consider myself as a pro bodybuilder, but I have proudly gained lean muscles and aesthetics all naturally. Now, how I save my money? I don’t do things that waste money e.g. eating out in restaurant, going out to cinemas to watch movies every other week, going out with friends to pub/tavern/night clubs etc. You will be amazed how much such activities consume your money! Save your money wisely and spend on your healthy lifestyle. I don’t intend to become a bodybuilder, but I am “staying fit” by eating clean diet and working out regularly. I hope you too are regular with your gym.Don't quit, bro! :) And, O yeah, if you have a passion for bodybuilding and have talent in this sport, you may find your luck by getting some sponsers as well ( that could be wildy tough to make true). great video sir but i wanted your opinion in Intermittent Fasting and Paleo diet in Indian Setup. I have been following a combo of both where i take my last meal at 8PM and eat next afternoon at 1 PM my diet consists of veggie salads, whole eggs 6-12 , almonds for snacking , chicken most of days except Tuesdays and my 2 servings of whey. My daily caloric intake is 1200-1500 a day and my main goal is fat loss. I also incorporate alot of Dal in my diet boiled with tomatoes and onion added in.

Have your protein right after your workout and it should have a scoop in your whey protein, a scoop of protein after workout and another scoop during the lunch time and if possible go for casein as well, take a scoop of casein before bed, helps to recover your body while you asleep.

ABHINANDAN DASS why would you follow a low carb diet??. also 100g whole chicken has 25g protein and 100g bean has 24 so not much difference. However you have to add nuts lentil and grain to make amino acid profile complete
ABHINANDAN DASS I agree chicken are the best source of protein no doubt i am a non-vegetarian too but for any one who is not getting chicken can easily met his dietary requirement with vegan food. But you have to understand that you dont need to avoid carbs even during cutting beans are a great source of carbs and protein so you dont have to eat carbs separately so it saves a lot of money. And yes you can easily eat 100g beans daily.I do it not that tough. Gives minor gas problems thoe😃
