Do you think that I can put on some mass by just doing pushups and obviously it's winters now, and I'm eating a lot of calories and protein. and I just don't do regular pushups. I do like wide grip pushups, handstand pushups, diamond - shaped pushups (for triceps) , regular grip pushups and also 100 squats daily. so please help me out sir.

hello sir i am a taekwondo player and i am also training some kids now the problem i am facing with my abs is that i can feel the abs and i can also see them but not from front if i see it from side then i can see them and another thing is that there is a layer of fat on my abs on the upper part it is not that much but on the lower part it is a bit thicker so please help me with it

I've been training abs as a daily warm-up routine. But not heavy just basic of 2 sets of crunches and 2 sets of leg raises. The results are not want i expected them to be.. itseems to be that my fat is accumulating near my ab region. I'm also worried if i would stop doing it as I'm the fat accumulation may increase.
