    For people with less time
    Main Points of the video
    1)Don't Train them everyday
    2)treat them like other body parts
    3)don't go on heavy repetitions first lose fat loss and then only they will be visible
    4)minimize body fat
    5)train abs on empty stomach after waking up
    4-6 sets variety and basic exercises
    It requires patience with diet and workout
    -You can't maintain abs 12 months for general people (photoshoot bodies are different)
    -Avoid sweets and fried stuff
    -High protein diet
    -Abs is kind of genetics also according to body type and stuff
    1Toughest part is maintaining the body
    Having a similar diet and workout regimen
    Don't take any shortcuts for training

    Tarun sir, I do almost 400 pushups a day and it's been quite a while now. Do you think that I can put on some mass by just doing pushups and obviously it's winters now, and I'm eating a lot of calories and protein.
    and I just don't do regular pushups. I do like wide grip pushups, handstand pushups, diamond - shaped pushups (for triceps) , regular grip pushups and also 100 squats daily.
    so please help me out sir.

      ABHINANDAN DASS thanx brother that was very informative. but I'm gonna continue the pushups thing for 2 months (November and December ) and in case If I don't get the result after 2 months then I'll head to gym.

      Yeah...you can but go for variation..the full calisthenic training you will surely see you are result...combine it with pull up,chin up,squats,leg raises.calf raises...and running..just make a schedule you will be there....

      I don't think if there is any particular diet plan for abs..just be calorie deficit...do exercise burn the fat out there...

    Hello sir . I am from Lucknow . I am preparing for a mile sprint and I am very close to it like I Am now on 4.40m . But I don't know how to go further and get better . I also included weight tranning but i am constant on my best I am unable to go any further . Do some video to gain stamina.

    hello sir i am a taekwondo player and i am also training some kids
    now the problem i am facing with my abs is that i can feel the abs and i can also see them but not from front
    if i see it from side then i can see them
    and another thing is that there is a layer of fat on my abs
    on the upper part it is not that much but on the lower part it is a bit thicker
    so please help me with it

    I've been training abs as a daily warm-up routine. But not heavy just basic of 2 sets of crunches and 2 sets of leg raises. The results are not want i expected them to be.. itseems to be that my fat is accumulating near my ab region. I'm also worried if i would stop doing it as I'm the fat accumulation may increase. Suggested a solution. Please! (Beginner)
