I've got to adult daughters...they're both very conscious about their diet and exercise because they learned it from me. no booze, no smoke, exercise daily and watch the diet! We set an example for our children to follow! Amen Brother!

Hey Chez, how do I build a strong manly man to overcome my niceness/pushover syndrome? I believe I need to build a strong personality to combat my syndrome.
This comes with time brother. One thing that may help is to continuously train and build up your self respect. Doing this will help to build your presence. When a man has a deep respect in his heart from working in the shadows, his backbone will straighten out. But, this comes with daily devotion to the training
