I tried the Pendulum Squat machine at our gym for the first time yesterday...DAMN! Of course, we had already done 10 sets on the Leg Extension and 4 sets on the Seated Leg Curl machine. I've pressed 900 pounds on the Leg Press for 5 reps, this Pendulum Squat machine is murder!
My plan is to be 250lb with a 34 inch waist , maybe 32 . And I am 46 years old. crazy talk , but the people that see me walking my dog every day, can confirm the hype. I am coming. And since I am natural, I never take much time off training. I never have to come off. Eggs are my secret. Like I said, no one is doing this. Its strange how I am only growing larger with old age?? Everything about me is kind of weird. But I think it's the eggs.(raw-whole)only!

I'd love to hear you talk more about your mental approach to your lifestyle because of your large experience. Your legs may be downsized, but your mental game has definately grown! Yeaa. Writing weight and reps to books. I done with it, because lot of things can weaken performance. Problem with books is mental games during workout. Sometimes youi not hit one rep or more weight and your brain start thinking about that. Why? You will losing motivation and more shits. I just come to gym without plan i just now i will destroy my legs and i put all my energy to workout. I havent any plan how much sets, weight, exercises just destroy your legs
When I started this, I was only eating 6 times a day. When I took it up to 10 solid meals a day, even at 45 years old, I started growing. I think amazing things can happen.

What is the real reason you retired? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a video or response directly from you as to why you chose to retire basically on top after losing just one show. I don’t want to speculate but it would be cool if you made a video about it so we get the answer and it would help a lot of these younger guys because many are killing themselves for this sport, hobby, trophy. Many women now are getting into it young doing a lot of damage not thinking into their future they are 20 and invincible feeling. Your channel could be as big as jays or bigger if you wanted it to be or big Ron.
I have been working on an idea that has to do with eggs. I have been experimenting with whole-raw eggs , trying 12, now 24 a day. And the results are absolutely huge. The only thing is about weather the cholesterol would be a problem. What about extracting the cholesterol , and leaving the rest behind? Not cooking it is the key. I am almost up to 240lbs completely natural at 5'5. I think I am getting leaner too. Raw eggs are steroids, but you need a lot of them. After 24 eggs, Phil... I feel like a monster. I'm trying stuff that no one is doing, that is how winning is done.
Was this guy really a top bodybuilder? No disrespect, but he kinda looks like a small and out of shape powerlifter or something. I've seen bigger/more ripped guys in my local gym.
