follow cbum recently so idk about last season honestly but this is the way to go. Being friends with your competitor and building each other up just makes sense. You cant change the physique and there is no point in being cold.
There is something so insanely motivating watching two friends that go way back still continue to push each other down to the last rep so they can both see one another become the best versions they can be. Wishing the best for both Chris and Urs!
