Vegan Raspberry Mousse Cake

  • After 3 tries I finally got this mousse cake to live up to my standards! Those standards are: that it is slice-able without being frozen, lasts several days in the refrigerator with no deflating or collapsing and of course taste that is out of this world! Full of raspberry and so light and airy! I hope you will try it!

    I’ve got two sisters that are vegan, I’ve got a goal to make everything vegan but the turkey for thanksgiving and I’ll be making this mousse, 🤞🤞 it will work out.

    That looks just like the cake I had at my engagement party. That was a long time ago but I will never forget it because it was an amazing cake! That looks amazing too!

    Hi . Amaizing recipe . Ading pectin to aquafaba also helps to incorporate more air while mixing , when ading agar ads more stability . This tip would be also helpfull for your aqua / flaxa recipe and make it extra stable . Ading agar or pectin helps to whip up aquafaba which is not consentraited , strong one to stif pick . To make this mouse extra stable and transportable it might be better to add aquafaba italian or swiss mirengue . Aquafaba is a resure for vegans or those who whant to lighten their mouse , but do not eat raugh egg wights . Or cocking nougat I like a recipe on a stove top .

    Would this work with frozen raspberries or would that affect the mousse?

      frozen is fine (as long as they dont have an excess of water upon thawing)

    I just stumbled upon this video accidently and got scared I might got unsubscribed from you. :( This video is not in my sub box, I got no notification nor is this video anywhere in my feed, I just checked your chanel by myself and saw the new upload (with so low views, maybe I'm not the only one who didn't get the video!).
