You're my hero! I couldn't believe that such an expensive printer would have so many issues so quickly- it couldn't have been more frustrating. I had to clean the head and the nozzles multiple times and it finally worked! Thanks so much.

Make sure you don't have a second printer in your settings enabled. I figured it out too. My cpu thought (by default) to print from the wrong printer, but when I deleted it (the second printer), it went back to printing again. Hope this helps someone out there! Great video.
I would like add that another fix for printing blank pages is making sure the print head cartridge rack is firmly seated into carriage my WF2650 had new print head and all new cartridges and still only spitting blank pages but would give nozzles may be clogged on status screen.. i used about 4 inch piece of tape to hold down the cartridges and now is printing like new
So how do you update the firmware? The manual does not tell you how. I found the manual online and it doesn't list anything about the firmware update. Thank you.
Not my problem; my problem is it prints fine on cheap copy paper but when I insert my letter head, which is the same dimensions, it won't print but just runs the paper through.
I have thrown at least three printers out of my 2nd floor office window. One each Epson, HP, and Brother. It's very satisfying. I have owned a technology company for 30+ years and these printers are all garbage including business/enterprise class machines.
I updated firware and performed every maintenance procedure twice. Still not working. Will never by an Epson again. A $400 rip off.

Nope, didn't work for me. Still "printing" blank pages with full ink and clean heads. Epson is JUNK

If it printed before, changing the firmware won’t fix anything, because clearly it previously worked with that firmware.
The printer is far worse than any printer I've ever had
brand new out the box did all these steps and still not printing also tried different images and files :(

If totally blank when you have the printer generate the document, like nozzle check, then don't waste time with trying copies, updating drivers, etc.
I just took mine out of the box and it won't print anything. It sounds like its printing, but the page is still blank.
Don't buy this printer. It has problems everytime I go to use it.

I had to clean the nozzles twice. After the first cleaning there were still blank strips horizontally on the printed page.
